3rd pov.

Sighing he laid his head on the (h/c) haired girl's shoulder. She looked worried at her dear friend. »What's wrong? Aren't you feeling well?«

He glanced at her too and now she noticed how exhausted he really looked. Joachim had bags under his eyes, his hair looks like it wasn't brushed yet and his clothes look wrinkled and as if they had only been quickly pulled over, as if he had been stressed and had to rush.

»It's alright (y/n)-chan. I'm alright.« (y/n) didn't believed him so she pulled him into a tight hug »There's obviously something bothering you. Please don't lie to me.« she snuggled onto his neck, wanting to know the truth.

Joachim sighed again laying his head on hers and wrapped his arms around her too. »It's the usual. You shouldn't really worry for me, I'll be okay.« He desperately tried to calm her down but to no use.

»You mean with usual the thing that happened to your father, right?« Joachim nodded sadly »I know that he was evil and all but did he deserved to die? Shouldn't he had gotten a second chance? Isn't that a saying that everyone deserves a second chance?«

(y/n) got out of the hug and looked him in the eyes, having a sad expression for herself. »Yes, it is a saying and I don't know it either, if he deserved to die or not.« she took his hands in hers, trying to comfort her friend.

Joachim looked to the ground »i just don't feel like I belong here. I feel like I should have stayed where my father was. I don't even know if I'm welcomed here, because Otto keeps me away from too many people! And what if there's a family that would want to adopt me? Would he give me away and could I let you all behind? Let you behind? I just don't want that. I want to stay here, with you all the time.«

His voice cracked and he tried to suppress the sobbing but it came out anyway. (y/n) pulled him in a tight embrace again, pained to see him so sad.

»D-dont worry! It will all go well! You do belong here and if you stayed, then we wouldn't have met! See it positive, now you have me forever at your side! And don't think that a family that adopts you could get me away! If I have to then I will follow you around, no matter where you go!« She exclaimed half jokingly, trying to cheer Joachim up again.

He indeed short laughed and even had a small smile. He pulled away form the hug and looked into her (e/c) eyes with his own brown ones.»Thank you. I really appreciate you. I'm so happy we have met and I don't want anything to change. I wish we could spend the eternity together.«

(y/n) gave him an eyes closed grin »Well, I won't be going anywhere! And neither do you. I'll just hug you as tight as possible so noone can steal you away!« she said giving him a bone crushing hug, to which he laughed loudly again.

»Promise me, you'll never let me go. Even if your hug is pretty tight and I hardly get any oxygen, I want you to never let go.« She gasped lightly »Oh my! Did I hurt you? Did I hugged too tight?« worry consuming her voice again.

She wanted to pull away but Joachim grabbed her arms not letting her away »No, no! It wasn't too tight, don't worry.« he grinned at her but her (e/c) eyes still showed concern. He booped her nose and pinched her cheek so it looks like she's smiling again.

She laughed at his cute gestures and effort of making her happy again. »If so, then... « She trailed off and he looked at her confused. She smirked slyly and pulled him back in the same tight hug as before.

Joachim laughed, wrapped his arms around her and patted her back. »Yeah, I would definitely like it if you would never let go!« (y/n) laughed again »I hope so! You'd better get used to those hugs!«

He smiled »I'm already used to them, as often as you hug me!« they both looked at eachother and erupted in laughter. They even cried tears and their stomachs hurt at how much they were laughing.

»Yes, I hope you are.« (y/n) replied as she calmed down and wiped her tears away. »Don't worry, I'am used to them. It is impossible to not get used to tight hugs around you!« Joachim held his stomach smiling like a dork.

(y/n) pouted playfully »Come on! They're not that tight!« »Yes, they are.« he pinched her cheeks again making her stop pouting. She narrowed her eyes at him and grinned. »No, they are not!«

Joachim opened his mouth to object but he was tackled to the ground before he could say something. (y/n) pulled him in a hug again and he groaned playfully annoyed. »You see? They are tight! In fact, I could swear I heard one of my Rib bones cracking!«

(y/n) laughed tightening her hug »that's a lie!» she exclaimed smiling and raised an eyebrow. »No it's not! I would never lie to you about your hugs!« She simply stuck out her tongue at him.

»(y/n)-chan! Release me from your bone crushing hug, so i can give you one!« Joachim ruffled through her hair. »That's absolutely not gonna happen! You have to get rid of me to do so!« Joachim tried to struggle her off somehow but to no use, her hug was just even tighter than before.

He stopped struggling and sighed smiling »Then we'll stay indeed like this forever.« (y/n)'s hug loosened a bit making it more comfortable. »I wouldn't mind it.« »To be honest, me neither.«
