The report states that the temperature were just above freezing and in the pictures you can see that the children wore no coats. I myself was not aware of that until I came upon this video.
There is an image of my background picture, a clear one that shows the horror and terror on kids faces.
By the way they said that the death toll was at twenty-seven with eighteen kids dead. One more life was lost, this one of an adult since that report came out.
