Voicemail (2 hours ago)
John: "Bruce, I'm loosing my will to live... I don't think I can go on. Waller took me back to Arkham. It's gotten worse since the last time I was there. I can't stand being without your company. Platonically, of course. But I can't stand this. There's a gun in my cell that the warden forgot to grab on his daily dose of beating me. I'm gonna put it up to my head in a few hours. Gotta find the right time to do it. Dr. Leland doesn't care. I bet she'll be glad to get rid of me. I've been depressed in here. Everything hurts. So I just wanted to say if you're hearing this, Bruce... goodbye."
End of voicemail.

Bruce's POV
I got a voicemail from John 2 hours ago. I'm driving as fast as I can over to Arkham. No matter what, he's not leaving me. I love him so much. Even if he doesn't love me back. I was breaking the speed limit, running over people, shouting at the cops, I could go on. But it was worth it if I could see my John before he ended his life. I have to change his mind. I got to Arkham in an instant. Dr. Leland was standing at the withered front desk as she always did.
"Ms. Leland, get me to see John right now," I tried to say in a calm voice, but failed. "Why? Is something wrong?" She said while getting up. "Just get me to him, please," I shouted. Dr. Leland proceeded to take me to Johns cell. "Okay, you're free to stay as long as you'd like, Mr. Bruce," Leland said. She quickly left after that.

I opened the door to the cell.
John was standing there, holding a gun to his head. "John no!" I shouted, slamming the door closed and jumping towards him. "B-Bruce," John stuttered with tears in his eyes. Scars were all over his arms. His tattered sleeves were rolled up and his hair was messy. "John, put the gun down, p-please!" I shouted the last part. "Why should I, Bruce? You know deep down that it would be better without me in this world," John whispered. "JOHN YOU KNOW THAT'S NOT TRUE!" I shouted.  I yanked the gun out of his hand and broke it. I was strong like that.
"Bruce..." John said. "John, come here..." I whispered. John slowly walked to me. I cupped his cheeks and pulled his face closer. "John, you're loved more than you know. Please... don't go. Stay with me," I said. I pressed our foreheads together. "B-Bruce.... why do you care about me so much?" John asked, a sad, dark tone filling his voice. "I'll tell you that later. John, you're coming home with me," I said. "W-what do you mean?" John asked. "I mean that I'm taking you to Wayne Manor to live with me. I know what you're going through. Dr. Leland told me a few weeks ago that you didn't like it when you weren't with me. I also heard your voicemail." I said  a lot. Probably to much.
"O-okay" John said, cuddling into my chest. I told him to stay in his cell as I ask Dr. Leland about taking him home.
I went up to Dr. Leland and asked her if I could take John with me.
"Ms. Leland, I would like to take John home with me. I'll pay any fees that might come with him leaving," I said.
"Ah yes, I'm sure he would love that. He's missed you ever since he's entered the building. He'll be happy to get out of this hellhole," Dr. Leland replied.
"Thank you, Ms. Leland. Very appreciated," I said.
I grabbed John from his cell and carried him bridal-style towards the bat mobile. What can I say, I needed a fast ride here.
John was asleep in my arms. I could see his scars and his dried up tears. I felt extremely bad for him. I knew what he was going through. I loved him and I didn't want him to go through this.
I placed John in the passengers seat as I turned on the car. I wouldn't want him to wake up. He needed an hour of peace.
As I approached a red light, I looked over at my clown prince. I smiled as I watched him sleep. Someone honked at me, indicating that the light was green. An hour later, we ended up at Wayne Manor. John was still asleep. I gently approached him and shook him a little. "John, wake up," I whispered softly. John slowly but surely woke up and looked at me. He smiled at me as we walked inside. "Wow Bruce. You're so awfully rich. What do you use the rest of your money for?" John asked curiously. "I just use it for whatever comes to mind. Sometimes I'll donate it to people. Being a billionaire isn't all great like people say it is," I say. John just looked at me with an amazed look in his eyes. I led him to the room that I usually sleep in. There's a lot of rooms, but I usually sleep in this one because it's comfy.
I sat on the bed, John following. To give you some perspective on what it looked like, the bed was a king sized bed placed in the middle of the room, there was a TV in front of the bed high on the wall, and a lamp filling the room with a semi-seductive orange light. There were also two nightstands, the left one holding the lamp.
John sat right beside of me on the bed as I turned the TV on.
"John," I said, turning John's head towards me. "Hm? What is it?" John asked and blushed. "Do you know why I was so worried back at Arkham? It's b-because I l-love you," I said, pressing our lips together. John moaned in confusion, but kissed back anyways. I rummaged through his green hair. It was so cute. He was so cute.

I separated our lips after about 40 seconds to breath. After we caught our breath, John looked at me and blushed. "B-Bruce, I-I love y-you too..." John stuttered. I softly put my hand on his shoulder, followed by his hand on mine. John nuzzled up to my chest and wrapped his arms around me. I smiled down at him. "Bruce, why do you love me? I'm a maniac and I have no good traits," John said, a frown forming on his face.
"Because I don't think that you're a maniac. You've tried your hardest to be a hero, you're trustworthy, not to mention that you're awfully cute," I said. John blushed.
"Why do you love me?" I questioned.
"Isn't it obvious, Brucie? You're hot, you're amazing, you bring justice to Gotham, you're caring, and you don't kill or do anything wrong. You're just perfect," John answered, looking into my eyes.
I connected our lips again. This time, it lasted longer. A few minutes, actually. John was amazing. More amazing than me, that's a fact. He tries so hard to accomplish what he wants. That's something that I can look up to. No matter if his intentions are good or bad, he always does everything that he can to achieve it.

"Bruce, you're amazing," John smiled after we stopped to take a breath.
"You're amazing to, my little clown," I said, smirking.
"Ooh, so we're using pet names now, huh Batsy?" John said, smirking back.
"Kinky," he said.
I chuckled and pulled him close.
Nothing would take John away from me. Never.
