Arabella and Hardin sat in the bathtub in their apartment, her hair up in a messy bun. The tub is filled with bubbles, and Arabella is sitting in front of Hardin as he writes words on her back and has her try to guess what they are."Car." Arabella guesses, a goofy grin on her face.
"It was cat." Hardin corrects her.
"Do another one." Hardin thinks before writing the next word on her back.
"Uh..." Arabella ponders. "Mmm, that one is..." She trails off. Hardin scoffs at her. "I have no idea."
"I'm really good at this, then." Hardin says as they both chuckle.
"Okay, just do one more. I promise I'll get it." Arabella says. Hardin pauses, thinking of the word he wanted to write. He began writing the word on her back.
"Um..." Arabella ponders. Hardin smiles as he finishes the word. Arabella chuckles. He looks at the back of her head. "Mmm." Arabella hums, trying to figure it out.
"Mmm. I don't know." Arabella whines out, turning around to face him. "What was it?" She questions.
Hardin doesn't answer her, he simply gazes down at her. She gives him a curious look, but he leans down and kisses her. She lightly grabs his chin with her hand, and reciprocates the kiss.

The next day, Arabella and Landon were exiting into the busy hallway after their class let out. They were discussing a project they had due and tried their best to talk over the loud chatter, but it was no use."I'm gonna stay up late and work on that." Landon says.
"I'll just see you." Arabella mutters to him.
"I'll text you." Landon tells her before they part ways. Molly and Zed are also coming out of the class. Molly watches Arabella walk to her next destination, a look of complete dislike on her face.
Arabella was in the bathroom, washing her hands when Molly came in.
"Hey." Molly greets her. Arabella briefly looks up into the mirror and sees her.
"Hey." Arabella greets back.
"How's it going? I haven't seen you since like the bonfire." Molly asks. Arabella briefly turns around to look at her before turning back to the sink, and she turns the water off.
"Yeah, I've been busy, I guess." Arabella answers, shortly.
"How's it going with you and your boyfriend?" Molly inquires, moving to stand on the side of Arabella. Arabella raises a brow, wondering why Molly was so interested in her life.
"Uh, we decided to not give it another chance." Arabella answers, throwing her paper towel away after drying her hands.
"Ouch. Bye bye, Mr. Out-of-state college." Molly says sarcastically.
