He actually really loves arts and crafts. More specifically, doll customizing. The foundation once got gaurds and D-Class to walk into his cell with boxes of doll customizing supplies, including stuff for safety, and dropped them onto the floor. 096 can now go outside only if he's sealing a doll and if he has his respairator mask on. It's kept him calm, docile and productive.
