*the next day*

Kara's POV
I did my morning routine as usual. I had a nightmare last night that James was raping me. What a scary dream to have. I have to tell Joel about this. When i went downstairs, i saw Joel watching TV and i sat next to him.

Kara:Hey, Joel. I need to tell you something.
Joel:What is it?
(He put off the TV as he said this).
Kara: I had a dream last night that James was raping me.
Joel:What?
Kara:I'm really scared.
Joel:Hey, don't worry. Nothing's going to happen to you while i'm around.
Kara:Thanks for everything.
Joel:Your welcome.

(I fell asleep in his arms as I was tired from last night).

Joel's POV
I carried her to our room and gently placed her on the bed. I laid down beside her and kissed her forehead. After a few hours, I woke her up.

Joel:Hey, wake up.
Kara:What time is it?
Joel:It's 1:00pm. Not having lunch?
Kara:Yeah, I'll have.
Joel:Come on, lunch is ready.
Kara:OK.
I went to watch TV and she was eating her lunch while sitting next to me.

*skips time*

(It was dinner time, so we both ate our lunch. After a while, we both got ready for bed).
