Eri Decides Your Fate and Aftermath

Eri POV

My friend was taken to a temporary cell he didn't fight back and I was taken to a small questioning room where they asked me all that happened and my decision on what to do with my friend.

"I-i don't know I mean if what he told them you know he is my only friend mainly if I ever accidentally use my quirk on anyone he would be the only one to reverse what happened because he doesn't want me to choose the life he lives. Or I willingly get kidnapped and he would still be a wanted criminal" I said to the nice detective with the lie detector and I could tell he was surprised I was telling the truth. "From my perspective sure he kills people but when he is around me he acts like any other person you would find walking around on the streets we would go to the store, arcades, parks, all the places that other kids my age go to play so he isn't a completely bad person" I told the nice Detective.

Tsukauchi POV

I was in the room with the girl and I was shocked at what I was hearing, 'so the number one villain is a kind man, interesting' I thought listening to the girl telling me about all the time she had spent with him and not a single lie either.

When she finished, "that is surprising since he has killed pro heros along with several innocent people" I said but she countered me. "But he told me he has never killed a single child since he had become a villain" and she was telling the truth but to be sure I checked his file in front of me she was right. "That is correct but still he has to have some type of punishment" I said and she was thinking.

Eri POV

"He still has to have some type of punishment" he said and I understood.

I was thinking, "um can I see him I know he's here" I said and he nodded and went to go get him.

Ten minutes later he came in and I saw he was trying to stay positive but I noticed a couple bruises. 'He can't heal himself with those cuffs on' I thought sadly as I took his hand and used my quirk to reverse the damage instead and he used what energy he could through the cuffs to stop my quirk. He smiled and thanked me. "You could have beaten them easily" I stated but then I saw his expression turn sad.

"Eri you know I might want to change right I fought for something other than myself and I had actually been thinking I mean my quirk is still super powerful and I still have my hero license" he said and I smiled. "At the same time though should I, I mean I could do the in between option they're are vast options but at the same time I could be sent to the prison that All For One is locked in and never see the light of day" he said then the detective came back in but asked him to stay. "Thank you" is all he said.

"Mr. Detective what would happen if I choose jail would he ever get out" I asked and I saw him flinch for a second then remembered it's up to me.

"Well that is a hard situation there of course you could visit him but at certain and length of time he would also be restrained and unable to use his quirk" he said and I nodded. "But the chance of him getting out is slim to none" he said and I was sad.

Then Y/N got my attention and winked and I instantly knew what he meant so I dug in the only pocket I had and took out his ID his hero ID. The detective was surprised, "I don't like carrying it when I'm out and about so I told Eri to keep it close, and she did she always has it on her. The other reason is because I don't deserve it with the things I have done" he said then looked up from the id. "Tsukauchi I am changing something, you could take me to prison or I become a hero" I said leaving him dumbfounded but Eri was happy, "Or you have a Vigilante but I want to keep the name I like it Imagine just like my quirk" he said making me smile. "I want to do something else, since I have been doing this for awhile now so I want to do something else instead of killing I know it will be difficult but that's why I will have a mask that covers my entire face" he said and the detective looked at him then at me. "You will need help with the League '' he said and he sighed.

"As long as you serve one year in Tartarus" he nodded and then he turned to me. "Your turn your choice" he said and I didn't have to think about it.

"Temporary prison and I can visit as much as I want" I said.

Y/N POV

'Ok I'm fine with this' I thought holding her head so her quirk doesn't activate with the little power that's not sealed in these cuffs while she is shaking his hand. Then he got my attention, "You should come with me" I nodded but stopped.

"Wait what will happen with Eri please tell me you have a plan she can't control her quirk" I said hoping he has a plan. "Also you better not say adoption she is with me when I get out I made a deal with the heros" I barked at the Detective in a serious and threatening tone.

"Oh calm down Y/N" I turned around to find Nezu and EraserHead. "We do have a plan and we will keep up our end of the deal so relax" said the tired man.

"You have to have more faith she will be staying with EraserHead until you get out" after he said that I walked over to the tired pro hero.

"Aizawa if anything happens call please" I said then went to the maximum security prison.

Timeskip

I was walking to my white room when I noticed a smiling face well it was hard to tell with his face messed up, 'so he's still alive' I thought as I walked into my home for one year. "At least I'm the strongest person in this entire building" I said trying to reassure myself. I looked around it wasn't big there was a chair in the center of the room and machine guns on the cameras and I could tell the entire room was made specifically to cut off my quirk. I sighed and sat down so I can get this intro over with.

"Welcome to the greatest and strongest prison ever created for the real bad super villains. We are unhappy to have you here Y/N we had taken every precaution to assure you can't get out of here. Sure you may only be here for a year but-" I cut him off while at the same time stopping every bullet that tried to get me and when they were out of ammo.

"Anyway I have no intention on leaving I may be strong but I can still be stopped and I'm doing this willingly so get off your high horse" I said and sat down again. "Just do you job and watch me" I said and that shut him up. But he said one more thing, "we have to refill those precautions" I understood and they came in and changed the magazines we actually had a nice chat also and once they left.

'This is going to suck' I thought summoning a bouncy ball and started bouncing it against the wall. (Like generator rex)
