The cousin of the queen, much younger then her, and much more cruel. He enjoys to seen his enemies suffer.
In dragon form he has hard leather-black scales scattered in places with silvery blue ones, and eyes of sparking ice.
He enjoys the morbid, and dark things, anf surrounds himself with them.
He is constantly pushing for a war, despite the fact that most of his vassels don't want one.
He sits on a black throne, in a dark throneroom.
