(Y/N) Pov:

I looked at him with a confused look. "Pfft you wish Mr. Zhu. You're nothing compared to Cheng Cheng. Plus Cheng Cheng is just a great supportive friend! You overthink too much Mr. Zhu and maybe I please get back to work?"

"Go ahead, but mark my words (Your Nickname)."

"You're just digging a deep hole for yourself to jump in that I'm not going to jump in with you."

"Just you wait!" he shouted as he entered the kitchen. I got my notepad out and went to take the new customers that came in about a few minutes ago with their hands up.

~Time Skip~

I went ahead to close the door and flip the sign over to closed for our lunch break as the last customers exited out of the door. I felt a sudden tap on my shoulder and I turned around to see Cheng Cheng smiling.

"Want to grab lunch with me like we've always did in high school?"

"Convenient store?"

"Yup now come with me!" he grabbed my hand and opened the door, leading the way to the convenient store that was literally three blocks away from the coffee shop. I could tell he was enjoying this, dragging me along with him to eat unhealthy stuff.

~Flashback~

"How does the sandwich taste like?" Cheng Cheng asked as he watched me take another bite of my sandwich.

"Isn't bad. But what do you expect anyways?"

"Let me take a bite."

"You sure? I mean you clearly don't like eating things that are already bitten and touched."

"Just give me a bite (Your Nickname)." He snatched my sandwich out of my hand and quickly took two bites.

"Need any water or drinks Cheng Cheng? I know you're secretly dying with all that food in your mouth." He nodded his head and I went ahead to grab a bottle of water from the store and quickly paying for it to get back to Cheng Cheng. I handed him the water and he quickly twisted the cap off and started drinking that water.

"Finally, I get to talk to you again. That sandwich was pretty nice."

"It's probably nice since you've been growing and taking PE class seriously this year."

"Unlike you (Your Nickname), I need to get the best scores before my chances of going to a good college will fail in my hands."

"Don't worry Cheng Cheng, you can do this."

"I really need help with math. Can you help me after school?"

"Sure, just make sure next time you don't die from eating my sandwich that I've paid for," I laughed.

~End of Flashback~

"Back here once again!" Cheng Cheng shouted as he opened the convenient store's door. "You know what (Your Nickname), pick anything you want from the store I'll pay for it!"

"Cheng Cheng, you realize what you're getting yourself into right? You know I'll buy a lot of the stuff right?"

"Yeah yeah, just buy the stuff you want. It's not like I'll go ahead and eat everything you got."

"I'll get everything I want in a span of-"

"In a span of 5 minutes. Now get ready because I already have my phone out," he said as he showed me his phone. "The timer has started, go."
