If people could look through
The beauty of a face,
And find that the key
To life is grace,
Then we'd have a chance
To fix the human race.
I truly find that
Different is beautiful,
And understanding
Imperfection is irrefutable.
Perfect is questionable,
But truth: undeniable.
We're all just shallow,
On the shallow end of the pool.
But if we swim a little farther,
Sink our feet a little deeper,
We'll understand each other
A little bit more clearer.
There is always gonna be
The pressure to be perfect,
When no one is,
And no one will be.
So see past our mistakes,
'Cause no one's trying to be fake.
Now, I'm being truthful.
Can't you see that
Everyone is beautiful?
