(Decided to switch things up with the story, in a way I think will be much better to read and such. That and Idecided to change up personalities of characters and interactions.)

Personality: You like to keep to yourself, some what shy, and often called a hermit amoung your peers.
Quirk: Weather Control
Is able to absorb clouds out of the sky, or steam from the air. Also emanate smoke from his body and can make/control any type of element that comes from those clouds. Rain, Snow and Thunder and is able to use that as a weapon or provide support to others. Such as using those elements and or smoke to make defensive objects like sheilds/walls ect. Or encase himself in that specific element (preferably lightning) your color of lightning is blue Can also manipulate the air/wind around him so he can fly (Basically an altered version of Storm from the X men)
Side effects of his quirk/drawbacks:
Overuse of this quirk can cause him severe strain on his muscles. Too much usage of lightning can cause multiple types of injures.
First stage is numbness to that specific body part/muscle.
Second stage is second degree burns to that particular part of his body, same with his third stage only with Third degree burns.
His last drawback is over usage of any of his quirk can cause blindness to his eyes, along with having them bleed.
