Lucifer: NO! MOM! Please...stop...don't hurt her.
Maleficient: Then...I'm gonna hurt you.
Lucifer: Ok.
Sofia: NO!!!!!!
Sofia's Power of the Heart hits Maleficient and she falls unconscious.
Lucifer: MOM!
Sofia: Lucifer, I'm really, really sorry.
Lucifer: It's ok. I wasn't so happy with her.
Sofia: Well...she isn't dead.
Lucifer: Princess, I will show you that I am trusted.
Sofia: How?
Lucifer: *kneels down while he takes Sofia's hand* I promise that I will protect you like I protect my life.

Sofia hears the voice singing again.
Lucifer: You ok?

Sofia and Lucifer leave to find the other people.
Sofia: I am thinking and....I think I know why my dad is the way he is.
Lucifer: You know?
Sofia: Yeah, I think I do.
