They ran to a room that held to beds by the walls and laid the women down.
Esmeraldo cupped rosalie's face and stared down at her with sad loving eyes. He brought his lips down to her forehead and kissed it.
"They'll be safe here. You stay and watch over them I'll make sure that they don't try getting into the church, Esmeraldo."
"Ok. Becarefull."
Quasimodo nodded and headed out the door. Esmeraldo watched him leave and looked back his sister and lover. he walked over to his sister and pushed stanes of hair from her face. He smiled down sadly at her and kissed her forhead as well. He was happy that they were able to get to them in time before they were burn to a crisp.
He heard a groan and looked at Esmeralda to see if she was awake, but seen that she was still out cold. He looked over and saw Rosalie sit up and rub her head. She looked around the room, until they landed on Esmeraldo. She smiled weakly and tried to get off the bed, but she stumbled and landed on the ground.
Esmeraldo rushed to her and helped her off the ground. She looked up at him and see tears in his eyes as he held her tight to his chest. Rosalie leaned into him and cried into his chest.

She pulled away from and smiled at him . Esmeraldo smiled back at her . She looked over his shoulder and saw Esmeralda unconscious on the bed. She looked at her with concern and walked over to her. She sat by her side and held her hand. Tears filled her eyes. It pained her to see her friend that she conciders her as a sister lay there hurt.
The door slamed open causing Rosalie and Esmeraldo to jump up and stand infront of Esmeralda to protect her. They sighed with releif at the sight of Quasimodo.
"We did it, Esmeralda. Rosalie."
She smiled at her brother and run up to hug him. He was shocked to see her up and moving . Quasimodo hugged her back tightly as she would disappear forever.
"We did it, Rosalie! We beat Frollo and the guards. Come see. You too,Esmeralda."
She didnt answer him causing her, Esmeraldo, and Quasimodo to look at her conceren. Quasimodo walked up to her and shook her to wake her up,but it didnt work. Alarms rang through their heads as Quasimodo tried to get her to drink water. All it did was spill out. Quasimodo leaned into her chest to see if she was breathing. He didn't hear her breathing.
Quasimodo drop the spoon that he was holding and stared at her with horror. Rosalie covered her mouth in horror as she realized what was going on. Tears filled her eyes along with Esmeraldo and Quasimodo.
Quasimodo cried and held Esmeralda to his chest. He had lost his friend to the evil man that ruin his and everyone he cares for lives. Rosalie cried into Esmeraldo as she grieved for her friend that she lost. Esmeraldo held rosalie tight and cried as well into her hair. They didn't even notice the door open reveling Frollo. He walked up to Quasimodo and placed a hand on the hunch of his back.
"You killed her..."
"It was my duty, horrible as it was. I hope you will forgive me."
Rosalie looked at Frollo and had gave him a wicked glare. If she was Quasimodo she would never forgive him for what he done to her, friends, and family. Esmeraldo held her tightly to keep himself from getting up and attack him.
"There, there, Quasimodo. I know it hurts. but now the time has come... To end your suffering.... FOREVER."
Quasimodo , Rosalie, and Esmeraldo looked up and saw the shadow of Frollo raising a dagger to drive it into Quasimodo back. Quasimodo turned around and gasped .
"QUASIMODO! LOOK OUT!!!"
As Frollo went to stab him, Quasimodo caught his arm and struggled with Frollo. Rosalie watched Quasimodo struggled with him and she began panicking. Esmeraldo looked for something to hit Frollo with, but stop when he saw Esmeralda waking up.
As the two of them were watching Esmeralda, Quasimodo pushed Frollo back causing him to stumble and fall back tot he wall. Quasimodo walked up to him with the dagger in his hand. Frollo backed up and held out his hand as if it could stop Quasimodo from hurting him.
"Now,now listen to me, Quasimodo. "
"No, you listen! All my life and Rosalie's , you have told us the world is a dark, cruel place. But now i see that the only thing dark and cruel about it is people like you."
"Quasimodo?"
"Esmeralda!"
Quasimodo ran to her and hugged her. He was happy that she was alive. Esmeraldo hurried to his sister and hugged her tight. As they were fawning over her, they forgot about Frollo.
"She lives."
Frollo pulled out his sword and got up.
"No!"
