Reader POV
Kisses after kisses were laid upon my cheeks, collarbones, and shoulders as I awakened. I won't lie, I pretended to be asleep for a little bit longer just to relish in the moment.
"Y/N, beautiful. Wake up." Sam's voice beckoned. I tried to pry my eyes apart but the room was just too bright, too loud.
"Mhm. I'm awake. Just don't wanna leave this moment."
"So now would be a bad time to tell you Dean found a case?"
"Yes, indeed, a very bad time. Good thing you didn't tell me that."
"C'mon, Y/N," he pulled the covers away from my body leaving me shivering, "It sounds pretty simple."
"Is it okay if I sit this one out? I wanna do some cleaning and organizing in the bunker, and plus I don't think I could walk if I tried." I winked at him and reached out to run my fingers across the marks I left on his neck last night.
"Yeah... Yeah, sure. It's close so we'll be quick. I gotta go pack." He faked a smile at me and turned to leave the room, obviously disappointed that I didn't want to come. But I had bigger plans.
Sam's POV
I didn't have time right now to think about why she didn't want to come but unfortunately that's all that is on my mind. I started cramming clothes and books into my duffel bag, not caring what was clean or dirty. It's not I had any one to impress on this hunt. Hmm... impress. I picked up the pace, shoving everything into my bag and headed straight for the shower. Need to get out of these clothes, and into Y/N's line of sight. If she's staying here without me, I might as well give her something to think about.
Reader POV
After I rubbed all the sleep out of my eyes, I picked up my phone and got started working out the plan to surprise Sam when he gets home. I was lost in an Amazon black hole of projectors, movies, fairy lights, cozy blankets, and books. I guess I didn't hear Sam's door open and close.
"What are you doin', texting your other childhood bestfriend that you love more than me?" He quipped. I looked up at him and felt my body tense up. There he was, standing in the doorway of my room, in nothing but a towel. Dripping wet. The outline of his member leaving very little to the imagination. I must have been staring too long because I saw him start to smirk.
"Yep. Was just talking to Dean. How'd you know?" I locked my phone, hiding the evidence of the surprise.
"Ouch. I'm sure you do love Dean more than me. Not like you were squirming underneath me, calling me sir last night." His eyes darkened as they glared back into mine. "Come with me, princess." I know he meant on the hunt, but my mind flashed back to the context he said that in last night.
"I'll come on the next one, I promise." I swung my legs to the side of the bed and tried to stand but everything was some still wobbly. I felt like a newborn deer.
"I'm gonna miss you too much." He whispered in my ear as he caught me, pulling me closer to him.
"You need to get dressed, love. Keep walking around here like that and I'll have no choice but to follow you around like a lost dog."
