Mermaids are magical creatures who live in the ocean. But do you believe in mermaids? Because if you don't read this book and see for yourself you will never believe in mermaids. Because they are real. And I would know because I am one.
My name is Lyla and I have to best friends named Sirena and Nixie. An we're all mermaids. If you ever said that to someone they'd say, "mermaids don't exist so stop pretending they do and grow up." The only way they'll believe is if they see one. But a lot of people like to hunt mermaids but why. They didn't do anything to you. So why hunt them? That's a question we'll never have an answer to.
We never saw a human until one night. His name was Zac and he came with his friend Cam so they could go camping on Mako island. But when Zac wonders away her mysteriously finds the Moonpool.
