Cali and Adi arrived at Jacob's house. Cali was hesitating to go inside, but Adi was keep on pulling her to go inside.
"Let's go inside!," Adi said while she was still pulling Cali.
"Okay, but let me breathe first. Jace is there," Cali explained.
"What's the big deal if Jace is there?," Adi asked while moving her brows up and down to Cali.
"It's your time to shine in front of your crush," Adi added.
"I'm shy around hi—," Cali stopped explaining when someone talked.
"Girls, why are you not inside yet?," Kael asked while smiling to Cali and Adi.
When they got inside. They can see people drinking. There is a loud music. Most of the invited are close
friends of Jacob.
"Can you tell me again why are we here?," Cali asked Adi.
"Uhm, let's just say I'm close to Jacob," Adi answered.
The party goes on. Loud music. People drinking.
"Hi," Jace said while looking at Cali.
"Uhm, h-hello?," Cali answered nervously.
Jace was trying to give Cali a drink, but Cali refused to take it. Cali was so shy around Jace because he is Cali's ultimate crush. They talked to each other until Cali heard Adi was telling her that they will go home.
"I'll go now, Jace," Cali said.
"Okay, I'll go now also," Jace replied while looking at Cali seriously.
"Hey Cali, I'll drop you home," Jace added.
"Okay, thanks Jace," Adi answered Jace for Cali.
Cali was so nervous because she was sitting beside Jace in the front seat. Adi was sleeping so she can't hear what they were talking. Cali and Jace were talking until Jace asked Cali.
"Are you free tomorrow?," Jace asked Cali.
"Y-yes, w-why?," Cali answered.
"Is it okay if I invite you to eat dinner with me?," Jace asked Cali directly.
"O-okay, sure, no problem," Cali answered Jace without looking at him.
"I'll pick you up at 7 pm," Jace told Cali.
