Padme Amidala paces back and forth in front of her window, "patiently" waiting for her love to come home. By patiently, she means getting stressed about her work, yelling at anyone who tries to help her, and worrying about his safety.
"I wish I was there with him..."
Who wouldn't want to be with Anakin Skywalker? Fighting alongside him, hanging out with him, becoming his girlfriend, or even better...
...his wife.
Padme had done all three of those things, and has recently became the fourth. It was their three year anniversary together, and all she wanted was for him to come home. A week ago, he was forced to go on a mission, leaving her with an apology letter and a present to make up for his absence.
The only thing that would make it up to her is to have him here, in his arms...
"I will wait across the stars, across the entire galaxy for you to come home, to come back to me. No matter how long it takes."
