The drove to the Crescent Land seems so long.. all I can do is just glazing through the deep woods. After all the explanation of my dad is done and my confession about my true bloodline, he ask me to leave the mansion and stay in this hidden home that he built that were originally to be inherited by the real Dexandra. Its is because once if his father know about me, he's going to hunt for me and killed me.
Its like Hanji have not explain me about this mate thing for Lycan. Supposedly once a mate for a lycan have reached her puberty state, he/she will develop this some sort of smell that can only be detected by his/her patner of life. And this is a very crucial part of the Lycan cycle of life because allegedly once his/her partner dies, the other partner will be heartbroken enough to kill himself/herself. That's why my dad, should i say Erwin haven't noticed this when he took me into his care and only to realise this when i'm entering puberty state.. Ewww, yes i know that feeling.
And this also took me by surprise. Never have i imagined to be the mate of the Smith Clan. Now he's on his way to relinquish custody of me because I'm over 18 right now. Then i will drop the Smith last name and i'm going to change my name legally and took Violet Dra and my full name. I have signed all the paperwork needed and just waiting for the officer to take it and process it for me .
As we entered the large yard, we are being greeted by the maid there and she showed me my room which is on the second floor of the mansion. Its was big cream wall room with little assent of silver pink. It was a rough long day. I put and arranged my clothes on the walk in wardrobe and head to the bathroom and take a nice hot bath.
Then i hear a knock..'It's me..please come downstairs and have dinner with me'. By the sound of that voice i know its him.. Smith.
At the dining table
As I saw him for the first time in 2 month i believe, its kinda awkward and weird. My heart never beat this fast, and this feeling longing for someone. It's very new to me. Why i have this sudden feeling. Plus, I have goosebumps all over me. He handed me a couple document i believe the changing of my name and the released custody. I can see the sorrow in his eyes as he eyes meet with mine.
'I miss you, violet' he start the conversation. Violet.. Thats my name from now on. How weird for someone to call me violet. I miss you too, Smith..i reply.
'Look, I have handled all the documents that you need to change your name. So form no one you will be known as Violet Dra. And from now on will do everything that is needed to protect you from my father' he says as he caressed my cheek. I miss his touch. I feel safe when I'm with him. But deep down I know. This is wrong. 'Look Smith, i know about your feeling and I have nothing but respect towards this, but please give me time and space for me to digest this. All this I consider you like my father, but suddenly this mate things happen. I need space' I replied . After that we have long conversation and he explain me more about this so called Lyncan lifestyle . we ended our dinner with me saying goodbye to him as he has to go out from this Crescent Land and heading toward the old home . .
