"Sh*t! I'm late!"

You shouted when you looked at times on your phone as you just entered your room. You tossed your phone on the bed and quickly get ready.

as soon you ready, you come out from your room and head out. On your way out, you spotted your mom who was watching television in early morning in the living room. "Mom! I told you to wake me up early today! today is my first day at work!" you whined, pulling your lips into pout.

"what? when did you tell me?" Your mom asked innocently. "Last night! I send kakao to you before i went to bed." You answered, and feel annoyed at your mother 'acting innocent' face. "opps sorry, i must didn't notice that." she  said and just let out a light chuckle.

You let out a puff annoyedly. "I will be back before dinner." you told her, before heading to the door. "Alright! good luck!" you hear your mom shouted while wearing your shoes. "Okay!" you shouted back and walk out from your house.

That's your relationship with your mom, you are close with her until you treat her like a friend but still depends on her. You can get mad, gossip and do anything with her. You even shares your crush secret to her but not too  deep. sometimes, you curse in front of her. So, she basically your bestfriend at home.

Back to current situation, you run to bus stop to catch a bus to go to work. it was your first day at work and you don't want to be late. if you miss this bus, you will probably arrive late so you need to be fast!

it's not really big job but it just a cashier at Vintage clothes shop, you just graduated so while searching for proper job, you will work there, you aren't sure either but since you aren't picky with job, you just will work there as long you got the paycheck.

After a long thoughts, the bus stopped at the next station and you just walk to your workplace. while walking, you sniff an uneasy smell then realize that there are Petshop next to your work place. "why they placed here? it's not like people will come to petshop everyday?" you nagged alone as you passed the shop and arrive at your work.

About 4 hours passed, and it's lunch times, so you got one hour rest and decide to go to nearby restaurant to eat lunch since you been starving since this morning.

you walk out from your workplace and walking arount to search a place to eat since the most of the restaurant nearby is quite full of people, so you have to find other place. Since it was quite hot in afternoon, you decide to walk in small alley to protect yourself from the sun.

As soon you walks through the alley, the quietness greeted you, as you take step by step through the alley. it feel spooky since there are nobody there but you just too lazy to turn back and just want to get over it quickly.

You stopped in your track and wander around at the unclear sound but then you hear it again.

Meow meow meoww

So you take another step and walks slowly to find the voice and it getting clear and clear as you getting closer to it.

"Meow meow meow meow."

You braked your feet when you found where the voice coming from as you stared down at the box on the ground, next to trashbin.

"meow meow meow."

You hear the movement inside the box and realize there was a cat trapped inside the box and the box was sealed with tapes and there is no hole at all.

"Meow meow meow."

The little voice calling again, you feel bad to cat as you squat down. "Who is so evil dare to do this to cat? there are still that kind of person exist? I can't believe this." you nags, feel frustrated to think that how heartless they are did this to an animal.
