The First Day of School

It's the first day of school of this year and I'm dreading it already. I have to go back to school with all these nasty fake bitches again. I do have a few friends though. I get up get dressed and grab a bagel and eat it walking out the door. 

I get on the bus and sit with Kazuichi like normal. I don't really know about him. Sometimes he can be a real bitch but it's good to have him as a friend but yeah not sure.

I arrived at my school, Hope's Peak Academy when I saw a guy across the room he looked at me then smiled then I immediately looked away, blushing?

What was happening I didn't really know I've never felt this way before. I decided to ignore it and go to class. The class announced we are having a new student so he was to come and introduce himself. It was the guy I saw earlier.

???: Hi! I'm Hajime uh hope we can have a good year.

Hajime took a seat right beside me.

Hajime: Hey, I don't have any friends so can I hangout with you?

Nagito: Y-yeah of c-course. B-by the way I'm N-nagito

Of course I was in like a nervous sweat and I had no idea why!

Hajime: Are you ok?

Nagito: No it's fine, you don't have to worry about trash...like me.

Hajime: You're not trash Nagito, you're my friend

The teacher announced that we were going to do a project. He said we were going to be given partners for the projects so he started listing people. Kazuichi and Chiaki. Hiyoko and Maihiru. Ibuki and Mikan. Gundham and Togami. Sonia and Peko. 

It felt like this was going on forever until...

"Hajime and Nagito"

Hajime: So do you wanna work on the project at my house tonight?

Nagito: Su-

Chiaki: Hey Hajime!! You said you would play Super Mario Cart with me tonight!!!

Oh yeah this is Chiaki Nanami, the Ultimate Gamer. She's nice and all but she can be rude and very clingy

Hajime: Can we another night? We need to work on the project. You and that Kazuichi person should work on yours too.

Chiaki: Fine...

By the sound in her tone she sounded sad and angry. I felt bad but at least I can talk to Hajime come more.

Hajime: Are you ready to go?

Nagito: Yeah

We were walking for about 10 minutes then we reached his house. We sat down and began the project. About an hour later we fell asleep and we were cuddled all close I was so happy. We woke up a few hours later and we decided to go to Taco Bell and we ordered our food we got a lot and decided to share it all.

We were talking but the mood was definitely different. Hajime is normally a very cheerful guy but today he seemed shy so I decided to shoot my shot. I moved his hair from our of his face and rested my hair in his shoulder

Nagito: Are you ok Hajime?

Hajime: N-nagito sorry I'm just t-tired

lie.

I could tell it was a lie so we went back to his house and it was dark and quiet. I went up to Hajime and gave him a really big back hug.

Nagito: Hajime you make me feel so happy, trash like me doesn't deserve your hope...

Hajime: N-nagit-
