THE MORGUE

Endgame?

Samara crawled. She went on towards the light. She comes out. She looks around. She was on the roof.
Samara sat on the floor lost in thoughts.
Thinking about how Eleven was killed. How she could have prevented it. How she would have told her about the rumors. How she should have stopped her from breaking that lock.
The gate Samara came in from was right below her. She realized that Eleven was the reason the gate was open. She would have still been in her thoughts if not intrupted by a swing of the door behind her.
Samara got up and turned around. Her death was in sight. She could see the whole crowd walking towards her, with bloody hands and mouths, with an unsatisfied look on their faces.
Samara ran to the edge of the roof. Started to screem and yell for help. But no-one came...
She looked down. There was nothing but the big black gate she came from. The gate was big, black and sharp. Jumping wouldn't be wise. But as the hungry people got closer, there only seemed one option left.
Samara climbed on the edge. Looked down, thinking maybe she could make it. The people got too close. Samara turned around, closed her eyes, jumped and hoped to not die...

Samara fell. She fell on the gate, her body got shredded into pieces.
Her organs fell on the floor. Her blood dripped down the gate.
Her skull got stuck on a pericing part of the gate. Her ribcage shattered to pieces...
In a few minutes, the cannibals came out and dragged Samara's body parts inside. They were still not satisfied.
Their never ending hunger dragged them outside the hospital.
Attacking and eating any human they saw.
Maybe it wasn't supposed to send this way, but one can only control so many things in life.
