He was trecking through the snow to clear his head. His thoughts a blunder.Till the soft smell of sickly sweet blood blending with the winter air caught his attention. He tilted his head up taking in the sent carried on the cold crisp air, the blood was defiantly that of a human.

A hiker maybe?...but at this time of day, unlikely ..

The smell got thicker as he rushed to follow the sent of blood on the crisp cold air.He was as silent as an owl and his vision was even better.

His jaw clenched, the saliva in his mouth thickened. His fangs ached wanting to extend, he held his breath as he walked upon the body. From a normal persons glance he appeared cold and dead.Yet he could hear his faint heartbeat, the human was still alive even if barely.

He gazed upon the poor human he appeared young perhaps around 18. Surrounded in a blanket of blood drenched snow, he looked pretty in death. The red snow appeared as though it were a red flower cradling his delicate body.

"I should just leave him", he thought.

He visibly sighed before hurriedly pulling off his jacket and lifting the boy up to wrap it around him.

I could use blood to stop the bleeding temporally..but he still wouldnt last the distance back to my place.

If-...If I change him theres no guarantee he'll make it through the transformation either with how weak he is.Looking over his face the moon added on to his already paleing features making him look as though he were made of porcelain. And despite the dried blood trailing from his noes to the edge of his chin he looked alluring.

He was mine.

The mans face hardened his eyes turning black before he pushed his thoughts to the back of his mind to focus on the matter at hand.

He pulled the young man into his arms, leaning in close, the boys vains were prominent on his pale exposed neck.
His throat clenched suddenly feeling dry while his fangs extended thin and sharp.

He breathed in deep, the scent intoxicating. His fangs pierced the delicate skin between the shoulder and neck. His lips on the boys cold skin.He could taste drops of blood from the bite slide onto his tung, It was sweet but he resisted the want to suck any blood.

Unlanching his fangs he watched as the venom a clear substances trailed out.He slid his tung over the two puncture wounds his salvia quickly healing the bite.

His pitch black eyes ran over the boys lean body before landing on the boys upper waist. His attention now directed to the fatal wound. He lifted the boys cold and bloody shirt to expose the thin deep knife wound in his side which was still leaking.

His saliva wouldn't work on such a deep wound.
He lifted his wrist to his mouth where he used his sharp fangs to wound himself.

It began gushing blood, he immediately pressed it over the boys wound.

Slowly pulling his hand away he watched as his blood slowly sealed the gash. His own wound already healed.

He listened closely as the boys heart beat continued to fade into silence until it took its final beat.
"Well.." he sighed. Standing back up he brushed off the snow that clung to him.
He understood their was nothing more he could do now that the boy had completely passed. The poison must not have spread fast enough.

Dispite the ache in his chest he knew he had to continue on. Turning around to leave he didn't take more then two steps before once again hearing the boys heart pounding fast and loud. He immediately whipped his head back around to see the boy lurch forward clutching his chest.
The boy groaned in pain.

His head slowly turned and looked up towards me his eyes locking onto mine. My eyes widen slightly something about him had me captivated. His eyes fluttered shut and I immediately lunged forward to catch him before he could fall back into the snow.

I swiftly slid my arms beneath the back of his legs and behind his back before lifting him up.
