"SHIRTS?"
Check.
"Jeans?"
Check.
"Sweater, soap, food, earphones?"
"Check, check, and check," Renjun mumbled to himself as he zipped up his duffel bag, which dwelt with the pillows and blankets on the bed, and took a step back. "Now all I need is a swimsuit."
He stepped out of the room and walked to the living room, where bags were scattered all over the floor, with stuff of all sorts jumbled up.
"God, I—" Donghyuck breathed out once he'd successfully zipped up his backpack. "I'm so excited, I'm about to zimzalabim myself up there to the pool."
Mark giggled softly, but before he could say a word the doorbell resonated throughout the house.
"Come in!" Jisung yelled, crouched down on the floor and organising his packed bag.
Mrs. Park and Mrs. Oh walked into the room, plastic bags hung around their wrists. "Here are the rash guards we promise we'd buy you guys," Jisung's mom said as she dropped the bags down the floor.
The boys came swarming to the said bags, like dogs scampering to a pack of meat.
Each swimsuit was black, with a thin strip of color differentiating each piece.
"I'm getting this one!" Jaemin yelled whilst grabbing the black and magenta suit before anyone gets it before him.
"I dibs on this!" Jeno's hands were swift to grab the one with the blue colored strip.
"—And this one's mine, it's final," Renjun said quietly, his hand sneaking to hold the red-colored rash guard.
Mark didn't say anything and quickly got two suits—a purple one for him and a yellow one for his sunshine.
Chenle and Jisung were the last ones to get—orange and green hues, not bad.
Miri sat at the corner of the room, her backpack being stuffed with clothes and the like. Mrs. Oh approached her, since it didn't seem like she had moved a muscle since.
"Miri?" she asked the young girl who was busy packing, "You have a swimsuit, right? I can go buy again if not, we're in Myeongdong after all-"
