The next time Naruto was over at Sasukes house wasnt to work on a project, but to simply hangout.

"Damn it!" naruto shouted. He had lost against Sasuke at playing chess. "This game is stupid." Naruto pouted.
naruto saw something glint in sasuked eyes before sasuke asked,
"Would you like to spend the night?"
narutos eyes widened, "i-i uh...sure. yeah." sasuke nodded as he stood up and checked the time. it was eight o'clock.
"Ill show you your room."
naruto followed sasuke into a guest room across from his. It was a clean boring type room.
"Thanks." naruto said jumping onto the bed. Their was silence as they just stared at eachother, blank faced. As if one of them was waiting for the other to say something.
"i guess ill just go. goodnight." sasuke said turning to leave.
"you can stay, if you want." naruto said so quietly that sasuke asked him to repeat himeself.
"i, uh you can stay if you want." he repeated, slightly louder. As much as Sasuke wanted to, he didnt want to break his stoicness and accept. He was an Uchiha after all. He isnt suppose to feel this way about boys like Naruto the dead last.
"i have my own room, dumbass." and he shut the door with a bit more force to get his point across.
Naruto felt hurt. Then mad because what uchiha would offer for someone like him to spend the night? Sasuke offered that and naruto had accepted but when naruto offered for him to stay in the room he declined?  "stupid teme and stupid mixed signals" naruto thought.

about a half hour later naruto was playing on his Ds when Sasuke opened the door. Naruto ignored him, not even glancing.
"i decided to take your offer, naruto," sasuke said, like he had previously read his mind before. "how spectacular." naruto said dryly. Sasuke narrowed his eyes, before ending up in the bed next to him and looking over his shoulder at what he was playing. naruto finally glanced at sasuke, taking in his softened features. his nose was glowing with the light of his ds and his eyes shone with intrest, then he made eye contact. "what are you playing?" he askws.
"why do you care, teme." sasuke frowned.
"wow sasuke, was that an emotion i just saw?" naruto asked. Sasuke sighed, "look, im sorry for always being an asshole. let me make it up to you." naruto was shocked at the least, what was his changw in heart?
"by?"
"by this."

sasuke kissed naruto softly on the lips. naruto was suprises but gave in. it lasted a few seconds before naruto pulled apart and asked "do you like me?"
sasuke nodded his head.
"since when?"
"since i found out you were naruto and not some girl with blonde hair. since you came to my house and got an erection because of me."
naruto blushed furiously, " i-" he began to explain him self but sasuke put a finger on his lips to hush him.
"i want to be with you. I like you alot. do you feel the same?"
naruto took a deep breath before saying yes.

"yes. i do feel the same"
and they kissed again and ever after they lived a happy couple.
