    Fay and Subaru where talking when Ayato comes in. Fay looks over and see who it is, she gives him a glare and walks off.

    "You really had to talk shit about her father didn't you?" Subaru said with venom in his voice while talking to Ayato. Ayato tisks at this and talked back.

    "Since when did you care about anyone?" Ayato angrily asks.

    "Since that 'anyone' actually cares about me and makes me feel like I'm worth something!" Subaru shouts back defending Fay.

    "Not my problem." Ayato shrugs it off.

    "You're right, It's not your problem, but you are making it a problem for everyone else!" Subaru keeps getting more and more aggressive.

    "You just admitted that it's not my problem, so I don't have to do anything." Ayato keeps trying to play it off that it is not his problem.

    "God dammit Ayato, why do you have to be so fucking selfish?!" Subaru storms off before he punches a wall. Laito over heard the argument and decided to step in for Subaru.

    "Ayato, Subaru is right, you really should apologize to Fay." Ayato slightly jumps at his brothers voice, but quickly gives him a glare.

    "Really, you think I should apologize to the short stack as well? She is the one who is over reacting. If anyone should be apologize it should be her to me." Ayato says pissed of that his brother is on Fays side.

    "Let's say someone was talking shit about me right in front of you, would you just sit there and let them?" Laito tries to rationalize this argument with his irrational brother.

    "Well of coarse not, you're my broth-oh." Ayato starts to see where Fay is coming from.

    "Ya now let's say that I was the one who raised and protected you for most of your life." Laito crosses his arms looking at his brother.

    "What is your reason to 'protect' our toy?" Ayato asked not wanting to admit he did something wrong.

    "Ayato, we both now Fay is not a toy, and that is not what we are talking about." Laito says with a slight pink tint to his cheeks.

    "Ya ya I know, apologize. But why do you care so much?" Ayato asks crossing his own arms. Is takes a moment to reply.

    "Just go." Laito looks down slightly.

    "Why what is the point? It's not like she would forgive me anyways?!" Ayato shouts no longer able to keep his cool.

    "Wait wait wait. Ayato it sounds like you actually want to apologize to Fay." Laito says seeing through his brothers mask.

    "What? No! Why would I ever want to apologize to her?" Ayato tries to deny the fact that he is guilty. Laito just gives Ayato that look that says 'I know you are lying'.

    "Fine maybe I do, but we both know that won't work with her." Ayato looks down at the ground with his hands in fists.

    "You will never know unless you try." Laito says reassuringly putting his hand on his brothers shoulder.

    "I'll think about it" Ayato finally says leaving to go get ready for school.

    On the way to school Ayato kept looking over to Fay who was mindlessly chatting with Subaru, and the looks over to where Laito sits. Laito mouths the word 'apologize' which in response Ayato will mouth 'shut up' back. When they final arrive Ayato and Fay where the last to leave the car. Ayato grabs Fay's wrist and drags her to an empty classroom while Fay is clawing at Ayato's hand.

    "LET ME GO YOU SON OF A BITCH!" Fay screams at Ayato trying to get out of his grasp.

    "Would you stop scratching me?!" Ayato yells back pinning her to a wall in the empty room.

    "And stop struggling, I have something to tell you!" Ayato says getting close to her face.

    "I don't have to listen to a word you say!" Fay keeps struggling.

    "I'M SORRY!" Ayato finally yells out. At this Fay immediately stops struggling and looks up at Ayato.

    "What?"

    "I said ... I-I'm sorry ... for insulting your father I mean." Ayato looks down and loosens his grip on Fay's wrists. Fay gets out from Ayato's hold.

    "Why are you apologizing now of all times?" Fay asks looking at Ayato with a confused stare.

    "Laito made me."

    "Ah that explains it. Well i'm leaving see ya." Fay starts to move to the door.

    "Wait! Please wait." Before Fay could get to the door Ayato hugs her from behind.

    "Even though he is the one who pushed me, I still am truly sorry. My pride kept getting in the way. I'm sorry" Ayato says in almost a begging way. Fay lets of a small sigh.

    "It's going to take more than an apology and a hug for me to fully for give you Ayato."

    "Then what is going to let you forgive me?" Ayato asks with slight hope in his voice/

    "That is something you'll have to figure out by your self." Fay gets out of his grip once again and leaves to go to class.

    "Something for me to figure out huh?"
