July 11th 1998

I was still confused about the whole edge ordeal but tonight would be the first night as his valet against Jesus Castillo for some type of revenge. Me and Nat didn't have as many matches as our first week but we still got to wrestle so that was good. I haven't seen edge much but I've kept our interactions on the down low, it's probably what he wants and I don't want to get in fight with him yet. Nat spoke up to me. "So how does it feel to be that guys valet?" She asked with a bit of an amused tone. "Edge, well we didn't talk much," she raised her eyebrows, "aren't you supposed to be his valet?" "Yeah?"

She looked at me like it was obvious. "Well duh, you need to talk to you're client," I looked at her kinda bored, "yeah well, he's not a normal client!" She lifted her hands in surrender at my outburst. "I'm just giving you tips. Oh and don't let yourself get carried away or piss him off, we've both seen what he can do." She informed me. Pissing him off is practically off my list so there's not much to worry about. But he was still a very angry man. "Don't worry," I simply told her before walking out of our dressing room to go to Edge's dressing room.

The walk to the dressing room felt like it took a couple days while it was only a couple minutes. I was far from excited to do this. Just a simple favour, but why did I do that favour for a guy I barely knew. Well, it's too late now. I never understood why I felt bad for most people and barely hated anyone, but I decided to do wrestling.

Funny how people work.

I walked up to the dressing room door, i opened the door to see it wasn't locked. Weird. I thought a guy like him would lock the doors but apparently not. I walked in to see nobody in it just a plain dressing room with one of the lockers having his long coat hooked on with his shades on the shelves. Where is he? I asked myself, after a couple seconds the room temperature dropped and I felt a presence in the room. "Sneaking, are we?" I turned around to see Edge leaning on one of the lockers. How did he get on here?

I looked at him dumbfounded, "Ho-how did.." He cut me off, by going in front of me and putting two fingers on my lip. "Don't ask," he leaned in to my ear. "You rather not," he whispered sending chills down my spine. His breath was so cold. He walked passed me to his coat and shades. "Standing there frozen won't help you," he told me. "Huh frozen, it would take more to make me frozen. You know I grew up in Winnipeg right," he looked at me before walking up to me, "friendly Manitoba I see-" he trailed off and spoke up again. "I come from the streets of Toronto," his eyes looked deep in mine. "And trust me not everyone there is always so nice," well that was harsh. He walked past me and opened the door, he then moved his head as a sign for me to come with him. Well there's my first match as a valet.

We walked through the crowd over to the match and jumped the barricade and that crowd was shitty. How does he do this? "Wow, is that Lexi Jordyn?" King asked JR and he replied with "I think it is," I walked up to them and said "Damn well right it's me," with a little sass in my voice. Right after that the bell rang. The match lasted a few short minutes. Jesus went out while Edge was having fun screaming his ass off, I kicked Jesus before Edge sling one the outside and while Jesus was in the corner I held him in place but he reversed it on Edge and threw him in the other corner. At some point in the match Edge was pissed he wasn't going to be pushed around anymore. I went to Jesus while he was down. "Stop, I mean it, it's not going to be your night if you don't stop, he's enraged!" I tried to tell him but he just brushed me off. He grabbed Edge by the hair and started hitting him but Edge just asked for more. And I was right. I thought to myself.

He slammed Jesus in the corner, he was going to get him in the other corner but Jesus reversed and started smacking Edge in the chest. He was going to throw him in the corner and ran at him but Edge reversed and gave him a Downward Spiral. "1..2..3" ding ding ding! Edge has won the match.

"Here is your winner Edge!" The announcer shouted. The referee tried to lift Edge's arm up but like normal Edge just got pissed off. So I jumped in the ring and in front of the ref. "Hey, He didn't do anything big boy," He glared at the ref and exited the arena. What a first match.
