Vengeance
Your 2 extra arms: along with your extra arms you have other robotic implants in your body and some metal bones. You have all of these since the abuse after being adopted by the Rose family shattered some of your bones. After you were kicked out of Beacon, you decided to add 2 robot arms to your metal collarbones. You can fold them up into your metal shoulder if you don't want it out.
Semblance: Vengeance of the broken: after being bullied, abused and just tortured by general society, you've unlocked your semblance. When faced with traitors of any type, you get more stronger and more powerful when fighting them. You avenge the ones they may have broke. You become even more powerful when faced with your personal traitors from the past
Dust Maker: he can create dust from anything and can put it in anything. He uses this to infuse his weapons with dust
Likes: his gang members, anyone who went through stuff like him, violence, Jaune(Jaune and him were friends)
Dislikes; Beacon, everyone at Beacon, Salem, people working for Salem, all the other academies, anyone who interferes with his business
Hates(and this is worse than dislikes): Ozpin, Team RWBY, team (J)NPR(not Jaune), team STRQ, Atlas
Past: As a child his parents were killed for unknown, to him at least, reasons by team STRQ. He was then adopted by them, but as nothing but a stress reliever. He was sent to Beacon after he was released from the hospital and gaining all his robotic parts. He was bullied for that, not having a semblance and just for being weak. His only friend was Jaune
