J walks down the street in a mostly run down neighborhood with dim street lights eye bright as hell neon lights from the shops around. J has her ear buds in listening to calming music...she rubbed her left eye and shivered slightly in her black hoodie and black ripped jeans...they weren't meant to be ripped. She sniffed once as she leaned on a light post. She looked around the dead streets. "Where is everyone...? It looks like the Black Plague hit..." she whispered. She kept holding her left eye hoping that the bleeding would calm down. Her father came home drunk again. He was crying for the first part as she tried to calm her down, but at the end, he got angry after she mentioned something about how she could help with the money problem by getting a job. He hit her dead in the eye...were it already bared a scar from his broken bottle rampage. It wasn't too big though. Just laid on her eyelid and to the bottom of her eye. She could definitely see out of it...maybe not anymore. Her scar was bleeding and in pain, but her dad refused for her to ever go to a doctor or anyone to fix it, so she usually let it run its course to heal. J's good eye studied the street around her. The lights were on, but no one was in sight. She sighed "Good...maybe I can calm down." She said and turned her music up a bit loader. Her music was usually screaming metal or hard rock. But she needed to listen to some classical stuff right now. She closed her eyes and just wanted to get carried away by the music. Until she felt a tap on her shoulder. Her eyes immediately opened and turned to the source. A man with bright yellow pants, a white shirt, and shirt black hair stood next to her. He had a large uncomfortable smile that didn't really show teeth, but if he smiled any wider, you would be able to. She backed up slightly seeing as he was so close...and she was kinda spooked. J waited for the man to speak to see what he needed, but he said nothing. Nothing at all. With her still holder her left eye to calm the bleeding, she broke the damning silence. "Um. Hello...?" She asked, his body then seemed to jump up. "Hi! I'm Bobby! What's your name!?" He asked. He sounded like a child...his high pitched voice and that small lisp some kids have. "Uh...I'm J..." she hesitated. Bobby smiles showing his teeth. "J? Cool name! It's one letter! Who gave it to ya?" He asked as his eyes darted around the place. J was very confused and uncomfortable. She took another step back. "My mother...I'm sorry. Did you need something?" She asked not really in the mood. Bobby's eyes snapped back to her. "Oh yeah! Are you ok? You're bleeding!" He said, making J sigh. "Ye. I'm fine..." she said and instantly Bobby started laughing. "Ye!? Who says ye?" He asked. J looked dead in his face. "What? I-I do I guess...what do you want?" She asked starting to get angry. Bobby clapped once. "You look hurt! Do you want me to get Mary out here to help you?" He asked. This question confused J. Mary? Who was that? But J couldn't answer him before his head snapped a few times and he started mumbling. After he was done, his posture changed. More formal and polite. J looked at him confused. Utterly confused. The man nodded to her. "Good evening. You seem to be in pain." He said in a more feminine voice confusing J even further. "I'm Mary. I would like to help you. I do hate seeing people in such a bad state." He said. J took another step back. But Mary took a few steps forward to her. J backed into another pole and for some reason stayed there. Suddenly Mary jumped at her and grabbed her arms. J screamed loudly and tried to break free. Only for Mary to stick a needle into her neck with force. J's vision slowly blurred. She saw Mary get up and wipe her hands and smile down at her before she blacked out.
