"Wake up! We're not going to be late!" I hear my mom yelling from down stairs.
I shower and do my makeup as usual. I leave my hair down as it's wavy self.
It was already about 11 am when I was putting on my sandals.
I grab my sunglasses, since it seemed sunny outside.
I walk down the stairs going through Instagram and seeing my old friends in Canada skiing.
I see my mom sitting on a chair by the kitchen drinking her tea.
"I'm ready!" I say getting a cup of water from the newly installed fridge.
"Ok let me get my keys, go wait in the car." My mom says getting up from her chair.
I get in the car ready to take an insta photo.

My mom finally comes in the car and turns on the radio.
"What's the school called?" I ask putting on my seatbelt.
"Passaic Valley High School." She says getting on the the main road.
10 mins later
We've finally arrived at school and it was pretty big, there were kids and their parents walking in and out of the building.
I calm myself down preparing myself for the stares.
We walk in and there's a table full of staff members, and registration papers.
We were waiting in line when I saw the group of boys. They were sitting in chairs talking.
I made eye contact with one of them, I quickly broke eye contact pretend to look around the room.
We got a registration paper, and while my mom filled it out I checked off school supply items. It was the basic stuff, binder, pencils, etc.
After we finished we went school shopping. It was packed but I still got some good stuff. I got a light blue backpack
