"Argh fuck." I sigh as I wake up. I walk out my room to check downstairs, I see Nokk on the couch asleep still. I walk to the kitchen and open the fridge. "Eggs, bacon and cereal my god what a nice fridge you have Y/n." I close the door as I grab 5 eggs and 4 pieces of bacon. I turn on the stove and heat the pan. I start to cook the bacon as Nokk wakes up.

"Good morning." She sounds rough as she gets a bottle of water.

"Glad you're up." I finish the bacon and clean the pan to start the eggs. She walks upstairs to use the bathroom, as I finish the eggs and plate the food. I put both plates on the table and orange juice.

"Wow, thanks for the hospitality." She sits next to me on the couch and picks up her plate. We both eat while we chat talking about our lives. We decide to go out to the park for a bit as we chat.

"So how much has changed since I left?" I ask her.

"Not much Harry brought in more CTUs after the incident." She says as she looks at the birds.

"Why were you deployed here?" I ask her.

"I don't know it was a recon mission I was just tasked with watching you." She says staring at me.

"Then why did you contact me, you're burned Nokk, that's considered a failure, you know what the government could do?" I look at her concerned.

"I haven't heard from Harry so I thought you would know." She looks at me like a worried dog.

"You haven't heard?" I stare at her and start to pace towards the apartment.

"No not since 2 days ago." She catches up to me. "What's wrong?" We continue to walk to my apartment.

"Hold on I have to give a call." I say as I flip out my phone and dial a number, 6497232.

"Hello Jackmans pizza." A voice answers.

"Get me a chicken ravioli delight." I respond.

"Sir we don't have that." The voice responds.

"Get me the manager." I respond.

"Pizza at a time like this?" Nokk looks at me.

"Shh." I put my finger by mouth and start running to the apartment.

"Hello." A man answers.

"I'll call you in 10 minutes from a phone booth we should talk." I hang up and open the door and throw my phone down the sewer drain. "Do have any electronics on you like a phone?"

"Yes I do-." Nokk replies.

"Throw it out and get ready we're leaving." I go upstairs and find my glock. I load up my magazines and grab my 6 inch, with a flashlight. I head downstairs to see Nokk loaded up. "You ready?" I look at her as she nods. We leave the apartment and head to the nearest phone. I dial the number again and wait for a response.

"We're toast Harry!" I yell in the booth.

"Calm down Snake, there's just some miscommunication." Harry answers.

"Miscommunication? Do you understand what is happening, first your operative is burned now Rainbow Six has gone quiet after multiple failures covered by the government!" I shout.

"Then why don't come back." Harry says, there is silence for a long while.

"After this I don't think we can go back without some help, I'll make another call I don't have much time where are you?" I ask.

"We're holed up in Hereford." Harry says.

"Hereford." I say "You really took stay close to your enemies serious huh?"

"Yeah." Harry says. I hang up and make a call to Six.

"What's happening Six!" I ask her.

"Trust me I don't know what's going on but I expected you to call, I'll call you in the booth at Times Square in the middle of it make it in 5 minutes?" Six asks with urgency.

"Alright." I get out and we hurry to Times Square. I see two phone booths and I wait for a call. I hear the phone ring and I go up to pick it up.

"Hello?" Six says.

"What is the problem." I look around as I speak.

"The Government says that Rainbow needs to be shut down but they considered them Rogue so the media won't attack them." Six says.

"So we're being hunted right now?" I ask.

"I'm afraid yes." Six responds.

"How far are they from me?" I ask looking around the area.

"They were dispatched an hour ago." There is a long silence before I hang up the phone.

"We have to leave now." I tell Nokk as I pace to the pizza place.

"Where can we go?" Nokk asks as we run through the crowd.

"We have to get to Hereford, sadly it'll be a short trip." I head inside and walk to the bathroom. "Follow me."

"Argh it stinks." Nokk closes her nose as I break a tile to receive a phone. "What's that?"

"Something to help us leave." I dial the only number saved and wait.

"Hello?" A man answers.

"Why is Tommy there today?" I say.

"Yes what do want to say he's busy."

"21,96,64,36,53." I say in a monotone voice as the man stops speaking and responds again.

"I'm sorry sir what?"

"Hotel,Echo,Lima,Papa." I say.

"Code activated." A robotic voice says.

"Well hello Chameleon, back from the dead aren't you?" A rough voice with a british accent says.

"It's been a while hasn't it?" I say.

"Yes it has, guessing you need a boat?" He says.

"Read my mind Mike, got your knife ready?" I laugh as I turn to Nokk.

"Bet your ass it is, wouldn't mind killing some corrupt soldiers." Mike responds.

"How long?" I ask.

"I can meet you at the coast in about 5 hours." Mike says while starting up his boat.

"Good." I hang up and turn to Nokk. "5 hours eastern coast." We find a car and leave the inner city as we head toward the coast.
