What Did You Say?

(( You find out that you're pregnant with Tadashi's child and are scared of what his reaction will be (Unedited)))

You placed your hand over your mouth in surprise, looking down at the pregnancy test. You didn't know what to think. You were excited about the idea of being a mother, but what if Tadashi didn't want to be a father. You two had been dating for two years and now you were engaged, but were you two ready for children?

Your mind was racing, what if he got mad? What if he didn't want you anymore? What if- you cut your thoughts off. This was Tadashi you were talking about, he'd never do anything so cruel. You were still unsure of how to tell him though.

"(Name)! I'm home!" Tadashi called to you as he entered the small house you two owned. You took some deep breathes, then left the bathroom placing the test on the bathroom counter. You ran down to him, wrapping your arms around his neck and kissing him.

"Welcome home Tadashi, what do you want to do for the dinner?" you asked smiling sweetly.

"I told Aunt Cas we'd go down to the Lucky Cat to have dinner with her and Hiro," he stated wrapping his arms around your waist.

"Sounds good," you say grabbing your coat and following him out the door. You two walked down the street to the cafe, Aunt Cas had made chicken wings with rice. It was a fun night, you ate, played a few board games, and caught up on what was happening in your lives.

Tadashi and you got home around ten at night, both of you were exhausted. You went into your bedroom to get into your (color) pajamas and Tadashi went into the bathroom to wash his face. You had just pulled your top on when Tadashi called you.

You went into the bathroom, "What is it?" you asked as you entered. You froze when you saw him holding the pregnancy test.

"What is this?" he asked with a hint of edge in his voice.

"W-Well. . . I-I'm. . . pregnant," you mumbled the last word.

"What did you say?" he started to approach you.

You gulped, "I'm pregnant."

He stared at you for a long time. You were shaking, was he mad? He suddenly wrapped his arms around you and swung you around, "This is incredible! I'm gonna be a Dad!" he cheered setting you down, "Why didn't you tell me sooner?"

"I-I was scared you wouldn't want to be a father," you stated.

"Are you kidding!? This is great! I'm so proud of us! Of you!" he kissed your lips hard and then bent down to hug your stomach.
