The next day, you woke up an hour earlier than you had intended to. Nightmares? No. Well, sort of, you were nervous. The thought of socializing with other kids your age petrified you.
Of course, you were great with little kids though. Your sister, Ichigo would sometimes bring her little preschool friends over for a play date, resulting in you taking care of them.
After getting ready, you checked the clock.
'45 minutes left.'
You sigh and grab your backpack. It was one of those traditional blue backpacks that every chiché anime had.
You sling it over your shoulder and walked outside.
'Hmm... maybe I should go to a local cafe? Oh! And there's always the arcade open!'
Having trouble with decisions, you decide to go to a cafe, you could read (your favorite manga) there in advance. And with that, you started to skip there.
You found one not too far from your house, so you walked in, only to be greeted with a girl in a maid costume.
'A... A maid cafe?'
"Welcome!" Another girl said, this time, she had pigtails and glasses, and a bit overweight.
You smile at her greeting and wave in return.
You took a seat in a chair by the corner.
The same girl who greeted you approached you again, but this time with a menu in hand.
"Tell me when you're done ordering!"
You looked at her nametag at that moment.
'Mera'.
You nod and look at the menu, deciding to get a (favorite sweet) and (favorite drink).
Mera comes over again with a notepad.
"Ready to order?"
You nod.
"May I get the (favorite drink) with a (favorite sweet)?"
"Of course!"
A couple of minutes go by and she returns with your requested orders.
You read your manga and ate your food before leaving.
You look at the clock again.
'7:20'
"Ah! I'm gonna be late!" You shouted as you began running towards the school. Luckily for you it was a few blocks away.
Getting there five minutes before the bell rang, you sprint towards the classroom.
Hearing from the outside that most of the classes had already settled in, you struggle to find class three.
You spotted it in the nick of time and ran towards it.
You knock on the classroom door to hear a voice from the outside say, "Speaking of the devil,"
You enter the door to meet eyes with about 25-30 students who stared at you in awe.
You bowed towards the class and made your way to the whiteboard, beginning to write your name.
"My name is (L/N) (Y/N)! I do hope we can be friends!"
The teacher nodded in approval and pointed to a desk in the middle of a blue haired boy, and the pink haired one from yesterday.
'He's in this class too...'
As you sat down, you turn to observe your surroundings, only to lock eyes with the blue haired one.
He starts to blush and look away, which you noticed.
"Uhm, sorry if I scared you," You whispered silently to him.
He starts to panic and slams his head down on his desk in failure.
The whole class turns to look at him, even the teacher stopped.
"Kaido? Are you okay?" The teacher asked him with concern in his eyes.
"Y-Yeah..." He says, scratching the back of his head.
"Anyways, please turn your textbooks to page 420, in the meantime, Kaido, could you possibly share your textbook with (L/N) until we find one for her."
You sigh as you noticed he blushed a darker shade of crimson hue.
You scoot your chair closer, until it hits his desk and flashed him a smile.
You took out a small piece of paper and took out a (F/C) pen.
You giggle as you start to write down:
'Hi, sorry that you have to share your textbook with me... can I join you for lunch?~~ ^w^'

Satisfied with your writing, you fold the paper and hand it to Kaido.
He didn't even notice the paper.
You sweatdrop as you poke him with your pen and give him the paper.
He jolts in surprise and hesitantly grabs the paper.
It takes him a while to read the paper, and he takes out a blue pen and writes on the back of the note.
