CHAPTER 2

                                                                       After 2 months

"So I heard that Sokovia has a kind of cold climate. Think you should pack some woollen skirts and stockings.Annnnnnd are you even listening?"
Aunt Megan sighed seeing me dazed off.
I was staring up the ceiling, counting the white tendrils on the blush background,thinking of the number of possibilities that I could go wrong on the first day of University. Thinking this is it now I'll be exposed to them, no longer the normal witch but someone to be scared of. Thinking people will judge me without even knowing me and my old friends will scoff at me for being a weakling.
"Nothing will change."
"How do you know,aunt Megan?" I said breaking out of my wonderful imagination.
"You know when I first left for that place,I was so scared that I hid my flight ticket, as a result we missed it. You have no idea how scary your Grams looked to me when we missed it. But then she told me to get rid of them,the insecurities, Ofcourse,that no one for the first few days would pay any heed to me cause they will be wrapped up in their own insecurities. Get settled try to talk to a few, make new but good friends, its okay if its only one or you have a whole group. Just let go off that fear My Little Rose, no one will cause you any harm."
"But what if I hurt them!"
"I am scared what if I loose control, what if people try to be with me just to use me, what if I put everyone in danger, what if I loose myself." I exclaimed,whispering the last part.
She made me look at her and kneeled before me,
"And you won't, because you are strong you know that sweety who are caring and kind and full of empathy you know how it feels to be different to be treated differently. You will not loose yourself as for what you are, its no curse when you make the correct and good use of it, you are a Noah, the Chosen of the Ancestors themselves and when they made you go through something harsh they gave you every possible known power in return, its up to you how you use it and I never taught you to be weak, did I? "
I shaked my head in the negative, choking on her words and not knowing what to say.
"Good,besides you are not alone who needs to keep their superpowers hidden. Think about Ivan and Alia, they are hybrids their family the descendent of the one true Lycan. Poor kids can enroll either as a vampire or a werewolf. Think about how they are going to keep their alteregos at bay."
"I know its just too much and I don't want to be away from you",an the tears started to flow just thinking about leaving my only family became so overwhelming and I hugged her the thought of being away from her was becoming unbearable.
"Hey hey hey, its okay sweety. You know I'll come to you.Don't think I don't have my ways to sneak up into that Gothic University, you know your aunt is a master sleuth."
And just like that she made me laugh, the one who knew the way to my heart.
"So c'mon lets pack the luggage baby they aren't going to pack themselves up, well unless you use some magic."
"I think I'll be doing plenty of magic when I get to that Sokovia,lets do some hand work."
"That's my babygirl and don't forget to call Alia and confirm when they are picking us up."
For the next two hours we silently packed our luggage that silence was peaceful. After all the work my lazy aunt ordered chinese and we settled on the couch.
"Minerva is waiting to meet you.She says she can't wait to impart her grandmother's knowledge to you."
"Is it necessary. It mean learning from her?"
"She is the granddaughter of the 6th Noah, she was given the knowledge when the 6th was in her death bed. The 7th never wanted it and look what happened to her."
"I know" I mumbled. My biggest fear was I did'nt want to become like the 7th dark and power hungry,but isn't it why Is was feared because I would turn out like her.
"Don't go there, you are not her.I am just concerned sweety and Minerva can teach you how to control everything"
"I  know aunt Megan I just dont want to turn like her. I will not,right?" I asked her doubting myself.
"No never. Now go and have some rest,big day tommorow. "
I smiled and hugged my motherly Aunt,"I Love You"
"Love you too,now go"
After getting inside the comfort of my blanket I tried to get sleep anticipating what the next day would bring for me.

"I that all?"uncle Vlad asked me raising his sunglasses.
"Yeah, why?"
"Well,your lovely friends looked like were packing for the whole house."
"WE NEED TO LOOK GOOD FOR HER/HIM."both the twins yelled from the suv.
"So they are all ready to find their sweet mate, hmmm,I would have waited till atleast I was 40",aunt Megan said.
"You never wanted anyone Megan."aunt  Aora quipped from the passenger seat.
"Yeah baby no tension this way."my aunt put her thoughts out in the open.
She never got over her lover and vowed never to love anyone else.Not wanting one was seriously her way of hiding her pain, but I knew how much she loved Dad,and left him so that her sister could be happy who was his  mate. The only one Dad wanted to see before his death was aunt Megan and gave me to her. And aunt Megan promised to be the mother-father to me which I can never have and to love me just like Dad did, to his dying breath,even when she knew what I was. And to this day that women has kept her promise.I love her,and will always protect  her.
"You excited." Ivan asked while we were seated in the plane.
"Nervous as wreck. "
"Who won't be" quipped Alia.
"For the next two hours lets shove it down and enjoy the flight." Ivan ordered us in his Ivan way and raised two fingers at the hostess to order snacks.
"Yep,lets shove it down.", and I closed my eyes.

"This is a university or a castle"Alia exclaimed.We were in awe with the place. That Victorian style building surrounded by trees and fountain, it almost felt like we were in a fairytale.
"Now I know why people die to come to this place,and why most can't."
"Because its for people like you with true potential."we heard a feminine voice from behind us.
A lady who looked like in her 60s, all dressed in a black gown with a royal blue robe, greeted us.
"Hello,I am Minerva and you trio must be Ivan,Alia and ofcourse Roselie."she said my name and fixed me with a stare.
"I am---"
"Mate"
