Next day

Manan woke up and got ready to go to their respective works. They came to Malhotra mansion to see everyone discussing about the guest list for the engagement as it was one week away. They helped them with it and left for the work. On the way they both reminisced how they got married...

Flashback

Even though it was a week to that dreadful accident Nandini was still haunted by those memories. Manik made sure that she was not alone. He asked her to stay in Malhotra Mansion. But she had the constant fear that something wrong will happen.

It was Sunday. Both the families gathered in Malhotra mansion. Everyone were worried about Nandu except Mukti who thought she was doing all this for sympathy. Nandini was sitting next to Vidya hugging her while others were talking about something or the other to distract her. She unknowingly slept there itself. Seeing this, Manik carried her to their room and made her sleep after placing her teddy bear he left the room. He came down and sat in front of Anjali and kept his head in her lap. Anjali started caressing his hair... They started to think what to do to bring her out that trauma.

Cabir : shall we go to Mangalore? It will be a good place for a holiday and also we can meet amms and dasara is also coming.

Anjali : yes... It will be a change in environment for everyone and the festival can also be enjoyed there...

Raj : yes... And waise bhi hum logon ko waha gaye huwe bohot din huwa hai... Toh chalte hai... Kya bolte ho Sagar?

Sagar : ha theek hai chalte hai...

Navya : theek hai Hume bhi abhi holidays hai dasara ki wajah se...

Manik : toh kal nikal the hai... Amms kehe rahi thi ki woh log kal se sari dolls arrange karna shuru karenge toh hum bhi unke help kar sakte hai...

Everyone agreed to him and started to talk regarding all the preparations. Vidya got a call from Nyeonika who told that they are coming to India for Sharon's delivery. They told them to join them in Mangalore as everyone will be there. Manik excused himself and went to see if Nandini had woke up from her sleep, but she was still sleeping hugging the teddy tightly. He slowly removed the teddy from her hold and slept next to her. He hugged her and started caressing her cheeks which made her open her eyes. She saw that they were in the room,she looked at Manik with questioning eyes...

Man : you slept when we were talking baby so i brought u up to make u sleep...

Nan : okay (saying this she kept her head on his chest)

Man : r u still sleepy baby???

Nan : no, but I am feeling lazy... Sab kya kar raha hai neeche?
