chapter 15, Thrill Seekers: Teen Cliff Diving Tales

I was awakened with a stiff neck, I could not move.
"What the heck!" I was frustrated. I wasn't laying on the bed. It feels like I'm sitting on a chair. I soon realized that my hands and legs were tied up and it was all dark. I freaked out, "What the heck going on!" I screamed as I struggled to free myself.

Suddenly the lights were on, I squinted. "She's awake, " I heard a voice I looked around.

I had no clue where I was, I was sitting tied up in the middle of a creepy four wooden walls at the top was an opening which has metal bars. I tried raising my head to peak but no avail.

I heard loud footsteps, "Show yourself, you idiots! Why the fu** I'm I here?" I yelled my lungs out hurting my throat.

Abruptly, someone wearing a mask burst opened the door.

"Shut the fuc* up, else we'd be taping your lips." it was a guy, he slapped me making me unconscious it was pitch black.
I gasped realising it was a nightmare. It felt so real I was still under shock. It was somehow calming seeing Caleb sleeping face.

I checked the time on my phone it was 5 am. I was getting back to my room when Caleb wrapped his arm my waist and murmured "don't leave me, "
"You're awake?" I asked quietly.

"Shhhh...sleep."

"It's 5 am, " I whispered.

"You are not going to school at 5 am, or you getting shy, " he smirks even when he's half-asleep.

I set an alarm for 7 am, I couldn't sleep I kept thinking about that bad dream. Suddenly Caleb turn to me, "Are you okay?" he whispered and I nodded and said "I had a bad dream, "

He pulled me close to him and gave me a forehead kiss. My soul softened, my worries vanished.

I was dancing in the clouds when my alarm went off, giving me anxiety.
"Turn it off, " Caleb muttered.

"Get up we have to get ready for school, " typical him he ignored me and I was stepping out of bed when he yanked my arm, I nearly landed on the floor mat.

"Where do you think you are going, " he said with an evil chuckle and he tickled me.

"Caleb let me go, " I squealed.

Unexpectedly someone knocked at his door thankfully it was locked.

"Caleb wakes up you'll be late for school!" his mom furiously thumped at the door.

I was stressed and I realised that I was on top of Caleb's chest. Wouldn't that be embarrassing if Mrs Smith finds out that I slept in his son's bed?

Caleb was enjoying the situation, "Relax Princess, " he pinches my cheeks.

"Yeah, mom I'm getting ready, " he said calmly.

"Great, see you for dinner, " his mother said briskly.

Soon as Mrs Smith was out of view I rushed to my room.

Before I left, "You are coming to school with me, Caleb blurted out sternly.

" I have my truck, " I replied casually.

"No debate you are coming with me," he said seriously.

"OK!"

"Cool, " he grinned melting my heart.

It was 7:15 am, I had a cool shower to wake myself up. I blow dry my hair and did some loose curls with the iron curler and I tied my hair into a half ponytail.

I wore a casual black knee-length dress which has a white-collar and my white vans shoes. I did a no-makeup-makeup-look with an extra touch of Mascara and nude matte lipstick. Ok, it might be a little extra but who cares, keep shining.
