"You're kidding me right?!" The smile plastered on your face sent Shane the message that you weren't. "So your plan was to go so you could get impregnated by Sawyer?! Whom you just met!!" You couldn't tell if he was the one kidding or not, you've never talk to him in this way before. It wasn't as awkward as you thought it would be, Shane's cool like that. And Lisa's really helpful.
"Oh calm yourself, it really wasn't my intention, it just sorta almost happened," Shane was pacing back an forth in front of you in an overdramatic movie-like manor. You sit there in front of Lisa, reevaluating your actions, as she straightens your hair. You're experimenting with different looks to see which looks the best for you're date with Sawyer that's coming up soon.
Well you hope it's coming up soon.. He didn't ask you out yet. Hell you've barely even talked to him over text, your nervousness overcame your desire to talk to him and you never manage to send the right texts in order to keep the conversations going.. He's even tried asking Shane if they could do more videos at his place just for the chance to see you. But you always hid in the back, terrified of making any mistakes. Ironically making a huge one by not going to see him.
"Babe, you're being a little overdramatic don't you think?" Even though Lisa was behind you, and you could tell she was giving him a look. One that says 'stop being crazy' so she wouldn't have to say it.
"You had the perfect chance to see him yesterday, he was over for hours."
Your head hung down in embarrassment, "I got nervous.." Your plan was actually seeing him yesterday, but by the time you decided that it looked presentable and ready, the hours went by and so did Sawyer. Going back inside your temporary room as quickly as you left it when you realized that goodbyes were being given and doors were closing. Another opportunity out the window.
"Well tomorrow we're going over there, I got some ideas for filming and I need his help with some stuff," he proceeded towards the door.
"What kind of stuff? I don't wanna just stand around and look dumb."
"Leave the films to the masters," he smiled and closed the door behind him.
As soon as he left you turned around so fast you nearly got yourself burned. Looking at Lisa like a happy little girl who just got a new Barbie, you talked and dressed up for a few more hours then went to shower, eat, and sleep. You have a big day ahead of you tomorrow!
