Only one more shitty year of working this job to get my life together.Working at "Family Dollar" is not the thing,I gotta get this paper or just quit everything and move my ass away somewhere like going back to Cambodia with my mom.A year ago my baby and my dad was token from me.Some so called "thugs" came in and took my dad and my one month old child.I walked to the register and began my job.I rung this ladies stuff up and then gave her ,her change.The other workers wasn't doin shit but rolling their eyes so everyone came to my station.Then I rung this fine ass dudes stuff up which was just soap and deodorant."Her you go"He said giving me a fifty.Ohh he got money.I gave him his change and he smiled."Also add your number on the receipt"He said and winked."By the way my name Eze"He said.Even though I was itching to move out the hood, I always kept an IPhone, Crispy pair of shoes, and some cute clothes.I always repped Cambodia when I had the chance and it stayed in my poetry.My shift was done so I grabbed my shit and started walking to my apartment.I should just catch the bus cause' they be wildin this time of night.I hopped on the bus of Compton and it took me straight home.I walked up to my door,pulled out my keys and walked in.I went to my room ,undressed and laid in my bed and got on Instagram.I scrolled to see: Thots In Short Shorts,Niggas Holdin Up Gang Signs And NightClub Photos.In Compton all men looked like a thug but it's a lot of shootings-I was interrupted in my thoughts from a call."Hello?"He said and I instantly knew who it was."Hey Eze"I said."Tell me bout cha"He said."Well Imma Compton queen and I was born in Cambodia ,also my kid and my father was supposedly murdered."I said whimpering in sadness beginning to cry."What's ya name?"He said and I smiled cause' he never knew my fucking name."Cai Or Cairo"I said."Well Cairo cheer up and take yo L ,My mother was involved in a similar case but we need to talk to find who tf did it"He said "Well what do ya do for a living"I said."Well Promise Me not to tell the 11 and you lucky cause' I never open up to niggas like women"He said"I promise Eze."I said as if I knew him for years."Well my choice of living is not great but it provides for me and my son."He said.
