The Surprise

Chapter 5

Nikki's POV: Last night kind of took a toll on me, waking up hungover isn't fun and thanks to Zac I probably won't be able to walk or stand at all today. The sun shining through the curtains didn't help my headache at all. Zac was asleep beside me snoring loudly and I guess that's exactly what happens when you get drunk. I nearly fall over when I get out of bed, when I fall onto the floor with a loud thud noise waking Zac up at the same time. "What Time Is It?!" I hear him groan from my spot on the floor. "It's 10:00AM." I replied. "Fuck, I drank last night, I did something I am going to regret." I stated. "Why will you regret it?" He asks, half asleep. "Because Alcohol and Caffeine is really bad for the baby." I said. "He'll be ok, it just means our son is going to be a pro at shots." He said before completely fall back to sleep. I look at him and give him a glare that I know he won't see. "That's not funny Zac." I said before stumbling to the bathroom. Vomit sucks, but I can't tell if it's just morning sickness or from my hangover or both. Just then I felt the baby kick, hard.  "Hehe hoo, Hehe hoo. I'm ok, I'm ok. Ahh, fuck!" I screamed. I called Vanessa and Stella and they were over in seconds. My water broke and baby Efron #5 is on his way too early. He was scheduled to come after the wedding and honeymoon, the nursery isn't even done yet, our hospital bags aren't even packed yet. "Mommy, is baby brother coming?" Lexi asks. I nod feeling so much pain. "Dad! Mom's water broke, we got to get her to the hospital!" Mikayla shouted as she ran into mine and Zac's room. Zac immediately jumped out of bed and started to pack our hospital bags.

When we got to the hospital, my mom and Zac's mom were already there waiting for us. "Nikki Hudgens?" The nurse called out. "That's me." I replied. "Quick question, how many people are allowed in the delivery room?" Zac asked. "5." The nurse simply said. "I pick Zac, Vanessa, Mom, Zendaya, Zac's mom and Stella." I said gripping onto Zac's hand. Time to have this baby. When we get to our delivery room the contractions hit me so hard it's painful. "Ok Nikki on the count of 3 I want you to push as hard as you can." The nurse instructed. I do as I'm told and within seconds our son is born. Brady Alexander Efron. He's so precious I love him.
