Part-1

Early morning,, Mumbai drenched in Heavy rain!!!!!

Two police officers enters to a villa like beautiful house.. One among them read the house name

"The Bird's Nest " - Rudra read it! 

Shivayy, his assistant  said - he was really  a bird sir,,, independent,, happy.,,,but god had some other plans!!!

R:-have u seen him?

S:-Yes, sir... Once when there was a fight during his exhibition,, we were present

R:-hmm.... Why do think he would have committed  suicide??

S:-No idea sir!

They went into the house.. A couple of mid - 70's were standing there crying

S:- Sir these were the servants of the this house!

R:-So u were the ones  to see him in the tub first.. Right?

T:-Yes sir, we were in our house,, and today morning when we came back.   Our Om.... Lying lifeless... (he said in soft sobbing)

J:-He was more like a son for us,, in this last age of ours.. He never treated us like servants neither... (she started to cry)

R:-did he had any problems,, enemies or any depression

J:-No no.... He was all happy within his own world of art...,,,one time he had some issues with a man called Kali!!  But was sorted out long ago! but since a last few days.. He was too wierd!  He used to angry for small things...

T:-yes sir,,, he was always happy...he used to find happiness in every small things ....and it doubled when she came!!

Rudra lifted his head and looked at tej!

R:-who?

J:-Gauri....she was here with him for almost three weeks.. And left a week ago, back to Bangalore. And after she left he was behaving so mad and weird.

T:-They both were soo happy together ,, and we thought om beta will marry her!!

R:-okk.... Thank you for ur co-operation... Will be coming again if needed!!

When they about to leave

T:- sir,, two days before om got a parcel,, and we suppose it was from him... Since then hewas so happy!

Rudy and shivayy looks at each other..

R:-Thank u for the information..

On their way back,, in jeep (still raining)

S:-Sir,, I don't think it is a suicide... He was a happy person who enjoyed his life!!

R:-we have to look up to three things, from what we have now.. The parcel,, Kali... And most importantly that girl Gauri!

Shivay nodded.. Rudy dropped Shivay at his home...

Before he leaves

S:- sir, today evening is my daughters B-Day party!!

R:-Ha ...sure!!  (he smiles at him)

Rudra goes to his home,, he was welcomed by bhavya,, he passed a smile at him!!

R:-I have  a party at Shivay's house today,,,, since we are going to get divorced,, I would like to attend it alone,, hope u have no problem!!

B:-No... Saying this she went to her room.

He quickly changed and went to the party.
Shivay and Anika welcomed him!

A:- why didn't you bring bhavya?

Shivayy passed a deadly glare to her.. And she actioned sorry to him through actions..

R:-She is having a headache !!

Anika smiles at him..

R:- Shivay tommorow pick me up in the morning.. We have to meet that kali,, I came to know that he was that girls uncle,,, I feel something fishy!!

S:-Ok sir.

Aftr a while he said bye from the party..
Aftr the party, he reaches back home... He slowly went in,, before going to his room upstairs, he peeped into her room!

He saw her sleeping peacefully,  before waking her up, he went upstairs to his room!!!

He changed himself before sleep,, he settled on bed,, he took a deep breath,,

He said to himself :-You are really a confusing puzzle... Mr. Omkara Singh oberoi!!

Saying this he dozzed off to sleep!!

Next morning,,, it was very cloudy!!  The jeep horned for the arrival of rudra..

When he was about to leave

B:-will u come early today?

R:-whats the matter

B:-Today is our appointment with the lawyer!!

R:-Hmm well I will try!

Rudraa and Shivay went to om's
house!

They searched the whole house to find any clues!

finally,, he got a diary, with a letter,, from the bed!

R:-shivayy,, I think this is the parcel which the servants mentioned... Hope this will lead us to a conclusion on his death...

S:-may be sir!

From there, they went to Kali's house!

K:-who are u?

R:-I am ACP Rudra  ,,and he is my assistant shivay!

K:-Ohh.. Sorry sir, pls be seated
What happened?

S:-hmm... Do u know one Mr. Omkara?

Kali gives a disguisting  expression

K:- Don't ask me about that bast**d

R:-Mind ur language!!!  And a day ago,, he was found dead!!  And we got to know there were some issues btwn u and him sooo...

K"- what??? (he laughed madly) he is dead.... Thank God!! (suddenly he cries)  it's only because of him... My gauri  ....(he sobs)  she committed suicide a week ago in Bangalore!

S:-what??

R:-gauri.. Committed suicide??

K:-yes... Postmartom report says,, it's due to intake of some slow poison!

Rudra and shivayy looks each other shocked!!

S"-sir.... his Postmartom report too stated  the Same!!

R:- something fishy... .. Mr. Kali.. We are leaving now,, we will come again!

They leaves from there..

R:-hmm.. Shivay,, I have to go home early today!!

S:-Are you sure you want a divorce,, or is it because you can't forget Soumya ?

Rudra looks down!

R:-Bhavya is a really good friend of mine!  But I can't give the place which soumya had in me.  I thought after the marriage I will be able to forget her... But things just got more worse!!

S:-why don't u move on rudra.. Aftr bhavya knows everything!! So it's not that difficult for you.. But you are not trying.. You are ignoring the one who loves u unconditionally,,, for a girl who left you for no reason!!

R:-See... Bhavya is happy in this divorce... She is okk with it!!

S:-I said what to be said.... Rest lies in ur hand!!

Shivay drops rudra at home!

Later rudra and bhavya goes to the lawyer!!  And aftr a class from the lawyer they come back and goes to their respective rooms!

Rudra freshens up and settles on his bed,, and take out the diary, which he collected from om's house.. He opens it slowly and starts to read!
