The rest of my weekend passed by in a blur.
I mean, all I ever did was think about Mr. Nameless. If I'll ever get to see him again or just know his name...
I was just curious. His name was all I ever wanted to know.
Just his name.
Now it's Monday.
I woke up to the unending sound of my alarm. It's seven forty-five. That means I'm so lazy to get up that I snoozed it five times.
Wow.
I looked at the bed across the room and saw that there was still something breathing under a blue blanket. That means Katie was still asleep.
I'll wake her up later.
I headed straight to the bathroom and took the world's fastest shower and dressed myself.
I wore my favorite black skinny jeans which involved almost breaking some bones in the process and paired it with a grey long sleeved shirt. I put on my black Chucks to finish the outfit.
I'm a pants and shirt kind of girl and I prefer flats over heels. I'm 5'9". I think I'm tall enough.
I looked in the mirror above the sink and brushed my blondish brown hair.
My hair was really smooth and silky. But it isn't like this everyday. Yesterday, my hair was all over the place and the day before yesterday and also the day before that.
What can I say? My hair is bipolar.
I brushed my teeth roughly so that there weren't any yellowish things left. I smiled in the mirror to check if there was any unwanted particles in my teeth.
My teeth were pearly white. And I smiled again.
I went back to the dorm to find out that Katie was still snoring.
I tried to wake her up.
"Katie, wake up." I said as I shake her arm under the blanket.
No answer.
"Katie, wake up. You're gonna be late." I said as I shake her arm harder.
"Mmpho mkkay." was all I heard.
"Classes start at Eight-fifteen. It's Eight o'clock already, Katie." I pulled her blue blanket up then I shake her again, really hard that her whole body moves this time.
Katie sat up with her brown hair all over the place and shot her green eyes open.
She looked at me with her Why-do-you-have-to-do-that-look, "I was having the best dream!"
"I was getting married to someone! And we were at the beach, holding hands, walk-"
I cut off her sentence as well as her excitement, "Sorry, babe. But reality bites. You have some classes to attend to."
"I hate you." was all she said.
"Oh please, you love me." I said to annoy her and she rolled her eyes.
"Whatever."
"I'm going. Bye, Katie-bee."
I grabbed my cellphone, ballpen and notebook from my bedside table and put them inside my backpack. I decided to leave my laptop behind. I slung the strap over my right shoulder and went out.
I looked at my watch and it is '8:05 am.'
It will only take three minutes to get to Campus when you're a fast walker, which I am, so I started brisk walking. I can't afford to be late. My professor won't let me inside the classroom. Again. I already have like four absences for being late for History.
