Chapter 2

I walked back inside and went to talk to Sam. I found him in his room. It was messy like any other teens room except there were two beds. Mojo their chihuahua was laying on one. I assume that one is sam's. I sat on the other one that had a black comforter.
"Hey Sam?"
"Yeah thens?"
"How goes the eBay thing?"
"No buyers yet."
"Are you getting miles tomorrow on the way to the party?"
"Yes, I know you don't like him but he is my wing man."
"Just don't let him hit on me. He is disgusting and weirder than me and that says something."
"I agree. I will try my best. We should hit the hay."
"Yeah, ok. Night Sam."
"Night thens"
I woke the next morning and quickly took a shower and got dressed. I wore a black T-shirt that say 'we are the fallen angles' and ripped black skinny jeans with my ankle high combat boots with spikes on the heel and toe. I walked outside and went to bumblebee.
"Morning bee." I mumbled as I got in the passenger seat.
"Oh Sam." I heard.
"What?" Came sams response.
"I do not like footprints on my grass."
"What foot...there's no footprints."
"That's why I built my path. so why don't you go from my grass onto my path okay?"
"It's family grass dad."
"Well when you own your own grass you'll understand."
At this point I zoned out and waited for Sam.
"Ready?" Sam asked starting the car.
"As I'll ever be. Oh by the way I chose the name bumblebee for the car.
"I thought you were joking, you really named the car?"
"Yes, his name is bumblebee and that is that."
"He? You made it a guy car?"
"Yep!" I said as we pulled up to miles house. "I'm getting in the back seat."
"Thank you."
"Whatever." I said and I felt my seatbelt tighten a bit causing me to silently chuckle.
after we picked up miles and i threatened him a bit for hitting on me we headed to the lake party.
"Dude are you sure were invited to this party?" Miles asked.
"Of course miles. It's a lake."sam said.
"Public property, moron." I mumbled.
Sam started to park and freaked as soon as he saw mikaela. I was semi paying attenion when I caught the last of what Sam said.
"Just don't do anything weird, all right?"
I placed a hand on sams shoulder. "Sam your fine don't be antsy."
He replied with a smile and a thanks.
"What am I here for?" I asked giving him a shrug.
I got out of the car and sat crisscross applesauce on bees hood and I felt it heat up a bit.
"Really?" I asked the car. I felt the car rise then fall as if he was shrugging. "Your something else. You know that?"
"If only you knew." The British voice replied.
i layed back and whispered my response. "What that your a alien to earth and looking for the cube?" the engine roared to life then shut off.
"Don't worry no else knows. Can I come with you when you send out your signal?" I asked still whispering.
"How do you kn- wait you understand me?"
"Well yeah, you have a British accent.
Suddenly his radio played a romance song about taking someone home and mikaela was walking down the road. I hopped off and sat in the back seat.
"Do what you can to get those to lovebirds together bee." I whispered as I buckled up.
Sam ran to the car and started to drive after her. I started to get drowsy so I lied down and started to fall asleep. Right before I fell asleep I felt my seat belt tighten once more.
I woke up to mikaela asking sam something.
"Do you think I'm shallow?"
"I think you're...no,no,no.i think there's a lot more than meets the eye with you."
"Okay."
"Yeah"
"Alright I'll see you at school."
"All right." She got out and walked up to her house.
"More than meets the eye with you? Sam really?" I said as I sat up causing him to help out of suprise.
"Jeez thens. Yes I know that was stupid. But I couldn't think of anything else to say."
We arrived home at 10:30. I waited for Sam to get out before I started to talk to bee.
"So what do you think?"
"About?" He asked.
"Sam and mikaela?"
"He nearly screwed it up."
"Yeah I know."
"What do you mean?"
"Not saying. Don't you have a message to send?"
"Yes, I still don't know why you want to come along." He said as he started his engine again and started to drive away.
I looked out and saw Sam chasing us on a bike. Really Sam? I ducked down so he wouldn't see me.
"Bee i recommend you sped up Sam is chasing ya."
Bee only sped up and drove to an old factory plant and stopped so I could get out before he transformed. I stepped out and heard his gears changing into his robot form. I turned as watched as he stood up and flashed a beam into the clouds. It made me thing of the bat signal but it had a autobot symbol instead.
Then I heard dogs barking, Sam.
"Bee." I warned.
Bee changed back into a car and circled bee while I hid in his back seat. He circled Sam a bit and Sam threw the keys at bee. Sam ran out and I heard the police cars.
"Shit, bee we need to go. Sam doesn't know I'm here and you can't get caught. Let's just go home." I finished with a yawn and snuggled into his back seats again.
