I7: Sakura (II)

1. Sakura

"Riku, do you like Sakura?"

"****"

"Really?! Why?"

"****"

"Too bad, I can't play with you like this. Next time, we play again okay? Together..."

"Sure, Spirit-san."

A blur of red come into Tenn's view as he watching the television. Their parents, currently at their shop for the same reason again. Riku being grounded so he can't leave his brother alone at home.

If someone asks him why his brother is grounded, that is because he's allergic to pollen. Now is Spring, of course, every little flower will bloom. The same reason, his love towards his brother started to row more again.

"Tenn-nii! Let's go eat!"

Tenn raises an eyebrow. He's looking deep inside Riku red eyes. He really likes those eyes. Eyes that glow in the dark and the morning. There's nothing can escape from those eyes but it also beautiful. It just, the eyes seems like it holds more than what an average person can hold.

"What do you want to eat?" He asks the redhead while he closes the television. The redhead spin around and finally co e to a conclusion.

"I want to eat pizza! There's an extra in the fridge, let's heat it up!" The redhead smiling happily while waving a necklace in his hand.

Tenn actually has been curious about the necklace. When he asked his brother, even he himself said that he didn't know. He asks their parents, they said, the necklace has been around Riku since he was born.

Tenn tries to catch the necklace his younger brother wave around and when he finally able to touch it, Riku pulls it back inside his pocket.

"Tenn-nii, it's not good to take other people stuff, you know?"

When he is warned by the younger him, he closes his mouth. "Sorry." He mutters before he goes to the kitchen to heat the pizza.

The pizza they're having is Hawaiian chicken. Somehow, pizza becomes his favourite one. They can't cook so he feels glad when his brother mention there's an extra pizza in the fridge.

He opens the wrapper and put the pizza inside the oven. The redhead watched from behind him as he put the number of time for the pizza to be ready.

He closes the pizza box and throws it inside the trash can. He turns around ad met his twin younger brother's eyes. His eyes actually feel scared.

Why?

That question lingering in his mind as he looks back at the oven. Its shine with the orange colour from the heating wire. When he looks again, the oven looks like it will burn and engulfs in fire anytime.

Is it because of that? Wait, when he remembers it again, he realises his brother is scared towards the fire. He made fun of him before but now he has this feeling whatever the cause to made his brother scared towards the fire, he should not make fun of it.

The pizza ready. Tenn raises from the sofa and walks to the oven. When he turns back at Riku, he can see that the redhead is sleeping while his eyes are wide open. Is this what people call "sleep while eyes open"?
