Sinon's pov.

I stand in my room holding U/N trench coat in my hands, wanting to get him back. To have the life i had before... with him in it. I put it on as Kirito walks in to my room.

Kirito: it's almost time. You ready?

I grab my bow and rap it around my back.

Sinon: I will bring him back.

Kirito sighs and walks over to me and puts his hands on my shoulders.

Kirito: don't do anything reckless.

I lightly hit both of his arms and walks past him.

Sinon: I'll do anything to get him back. He'd do the same for me and everyone here.

Kiritos pov.

Sinon walks off leaving me to curse under my mouth. If i can't convince her to leave him in the past then... then Shimada will have no choice. I hope it doesn't have to come to it but it's up to her on who she chooses.

I move my hand to my ear com and click it.

Kirito: Alpha Squad. Meat in the Debriefing Room in twenty minutes. Project Assassin in play.

U/N pov.

I'm sitting in my Hog looking at the Data I got from Kiritos computer. Pina's sleeping on my lap will I look. Most of my logs have been locked, probably a fail safe program.

But my searching is reworded when i find a file called Alpha Squad Operators. Assassin Y/N L/N AKA U/N, Swordman, Kazuto Kirigaya AKA Kirito. Sniper
Asuda Shino AKA Sinon... But there are several more Operators that are classified as deceased... maybe with some tinkering I can unlock them along with my logs.

Before I can try to unlock them Scotty walks in to his Garage.

Scotty: how's i' goin' with tha' data?

U/N: it's coming along. Found out what my last name is. But what's up?

Scotty walks over to the driver side and leans on the door.

Scotty: I go' a message from Sinon. She wan's to talk to yeh. Now. It sounded impor'nt.

U/N: what did it say?

Scotty opens his menu and goes to his messages. He opens Sinons message and shows me.

reading the message makes my eyes open wide, I start my Hog and give Pina to Scotty. Slamming it in reverse I leave his Garage in a cloud of dust.

Driving as fast as I can almost to the point of red lining my engine, the only thing that's running through my head is that message.

Sinon: "you are right about Kirito. You were right all along, after you went undercover as a Laughing Coffin member Kirito changed. I don't know how or why but he did... during a attack on The Knights Of The Blood Oaths HQ Asuna was confirmed KIA. U/N seeds past some old abandon buildings with someone looking at him. A pare of black boots hit the ground cosing some dust to move around. He finishes loading two 1887 shotguns and holster them in two lower leg holsters.

????: looks like the funs about to begin.

On top of a Building Sinon stands on top waiting for U/N to show up. Mean while Kirito and Shimada are on separate buildings talking through ear coms.

Kirito: remember only strike if you need to.

Shimada: under stud.

Kirito: if push comes to shove I'll intervene as well.

Shimada: why not bring the others? We could use the extra help.

Kirito: I'm not taking the chance, using Sinon is risky enough. Do you see him yet?

Shimada: affirmative.

U/N opens a door to the roof and sees Sinon standing twenty feet away from the door. He looks down to the side and seed Her gear.

U/N: what's that all about?

Sinon: I want you to trust me.

U/N: is this why I'm here? For you to gain my trust? Back stab me later when Kazuto tells you to?

Sinon rases her hands in the air showing U/N she has nothing in them. U/N opens his inventory and grabs a rock with a glowing tree. He lightly tosses it to Sinon.

Sinon: is this a truth stone?

U/N: now I'll know if your telling me the truth.

Sinon: ask away.

U/N: why are you here?

Sinon: to regain your trust.

The stone glows blue.

U/N: that's not the only reason is it?

Kirito tightens his grip on his goggles.

Sinon:... no.

The stone glows blue, Kirito looks at Shimada and slightly nods. Shimada nods back and jumps off the building he's on.

U/N: is this a trap?

Sinons eyes slightly widen as she thinks of what to say.

Sinon: I... I don't know. I was told to bring you in alive but I think Kirito is up to something.

The stone glows blue ones more. U/N slowly garbs her gear and walks over to her.

U/N: when I was driving here, images of us flashed through my head... of us hugging, being together, all around having good times.

U/N stops in front of Sinon. He looks her in the eyes cosing her to blush slightly.

U/N: what was I to you before I lost my memories?

Sinon: y-you were my hu- U/N look out!

Sinon pushes U/N out of the way cosing her to get kicked in the chest by Shimada. He takes no chances for U/N to fight back and with one quick downward slash of his blade, he hits U/N in the lower leg.

Shimada: I am sorry it came down to this. I will give you a worriers death quick and painle-

The sound of a shotgun going off sends a crack of thunder ecoing through the sky.

Shimada looks at his hilt not seeing his blade he looks to the ground. He turns around giving U/N the chance to kick him in he back of the knee.

U/N gets up, grabs his leg in pain and limps over to Sinon. Shimada stands up and looks in front of him.

Shimada: that was my fathers sword.

With a twirl reload of his 1887 shotgun Dragon takes his second 1887 from the other lower leg holster and points them both at Shimada.

Dragon: I don't want to do this. Leave now or die.

Shimada grabs another Kitana from his inventory and slashes it to the side.

Shimada: you and I both know I have my orders.

Dragon: fuck your orders!
