"De'Shawn wake up" I said pushing him. Right now he's asleep with Nae on his chest, it's so adorable and normally I just let them get up but it's her 6 week check up and also mines.
"5 more minutes baby" he said in his deep sleepy voice
Sighing I went downstairs to make Nae's bottle and whiles I'm at it, I decided to call Jade.
"Wassup hoe" she answered
"I know you were up" I laughed
"Perks of being a damn model, I'm about to train these newbies how to walk the damn catwalk"
"Damn we really came along way huh?" I asked
"Yes we did" she chuckled "how you like being a mom?" She asked
"It's okay honestly she's a daddy's girl... we both are" I said smirking
"Now girl I know ya ass not healed yet" she said giving me a knowing look
"We were just fooling around" I said flagging her off standing my phone up to go make the bottle
"I swear for a thick female ya body be banging. Look at that booty poking in them shorts" she said causing me to start twerking "YASSSS GETT ITTTT"
"Hype her ass to get beat tf up" Shawn came out of nowhere
"Where's my daughter?" I asked
"Ya daughter?"
"See lemme go I love y'all crazy mfs kiss my niece for me" Jade said as she hung up
"How our daughter get only yours?" He smirked
"Cause she looks exactly like-." I started
"Me" he smirked
"Shut ya yellow ass up" I huffed
"I'm glad she doesn't look like you but I don't doubt that she'll grow into it and that's the most scary part"
"Why?"
"Because Imma have to kill some niggas sons" he said taking her bottle out of the water

I left out of the kitchen and went to go shower whiles Shawn fed baby girl. When I was done he had already fed and burped her so I got the pail with water and her little wash rag and soap and went to clean her off.
"Wanna match mommy today" I asked kissing her little stomach "I love you so much" I said looking at my gift
"Y'all look cute" Shawn said coming up behind me "After you get clearance by the doctor today how bout we have a date night?" He asked
"Huh?"
"Just us, I can ask mom to watch K'lynn" he said
"Uh uhm well I- I think it's too early she's still so you and I don't wanna impose-." I started ranting
"Baby I've watched you stayed in this house for the past 6 weeks watching my Youngin and I'm grateful so lemme take you out on a date?" He asked
"Let me think about it" I sighed

We went to the clinic and she got all of her check ups and so did I afterwards De'Shawn dropped us off at my parents house and said he had to make a run.
"Mommyyyy" I yelled out
"You really loud as hell" my dad said walking downstairs scrunching up his face
"You really white as hell" I said matching his face
"Hey Mini King" he said taking Nae from me
"I'm gonna find mom" I said to him
"She's in the kitchen"
When I walked in both she and Riah was in there. Are they deaf?
"I know I heard ya loud ass mouth" my mom said
"Why you ain't answered then woman?" I asked smacking her butt
"Uhh I'm busy" she said looking at all the pastry items
"Bake sale?" I asked
"Something like it" she said
"Well can I help?" I asked
"NOO" They yelled simultaneously
"I can bake tho" I said giving them a look "besides I got clearance from my doctor to start back cooking and everything" I said going to wash my hands.
They both glanced at each other before Riah looked at me and said "So wachu doing here big sister?"
"Uhm I'm here because my baby daddy brought me here and went to run a few errands" I said to her "He wants me to go out tonight but I ain't for it"
"Why?" My mom asked stopping to look at me
"Who's going to watch Nae?" I answered
"Who's watching her now? Her Grandpa right" she said as dad walked in the kitchen with her in his arms
"Watch ya mouth Monique it's Pops" he stated
"Besides I'm not ready to leave my pumpkin yet" I frowned
"Girl I've hardly seen you the past 6 weeks I literally mostly came to find you" my mom argued,turning to my dad "Mario please make her go"
"Oh she must have forgotten her promise, she's not getting my Princess back she promised when she got clearance from her doctor she'll let us keep her for a night or two"
I opened my mouth to protest but I heard the front door opened and yelling.
"M&M's WHY YALL DOOR OPENED" momma King shouted
"In here" we all yelled
"Girl Monique tell me why DeShawn said-." She stopped when she noticed me
"Oh heyyyy baby" she said looking shocked to see me
"Let me tell King come get his woman cause y'all women gossip too much" my dad shook his head walking back out the kitchen
"Why y'all acting funny" I asked
"I made apple turnovers for-." Mia walked into the kitchen also halting
"Y'all got something up y'all sleeves now what is it?" I frowned
"Okay truth is this is for a bake sale for Riah and Mia but we ain't wanted to tell you because we knew King wanted to take you out tonight and you would stay here late to help us and we want you to be with him" my mom stated
"Yeah but I can still help"
"We got this hunny gone out" Momma K said.
"Alrighty then I'mma go" I said kissing them leaving the kitchen
As I walked in the movie room to kiss Pops and Nae bye I noticed some decorations they're all pink and stuff I guess they're for the bake sale.
"Well pops you called De'Shawn?" I asked
"He's on his way" he said as I sat on the side of him "Enjoy your night okay princess" he nudged my shoulder
"Yes sir" I smiled
