The room was silent. Delonte looked nervous and Sidney just looked scared.

"Listen sweety I know you hate sariyah with all your little heart but Sidney is not her big sister and I believe that she will treat your brother right. " My mom said holding both my hands.

I nodded. "Okay Sidney I'll allow it but the moment you hurt my brother I am killing all of you. " I said hugging her.

"Thank you" She whispered in my ear gripping me tight.

"Aight I'm finna take Nia to the doctor by momma, Eric. Bye scrub" I said punching delontes shoulder playfully.

I left locking the door behind me.

I was walking to my car to hear my phone ringing. I pulled it out my back pocket to see that my baby was face timing me.

"Hey bae"

"Wassup mama's" I bit my lip at the nickname.

"The sky" I heard him laugh.

"You funny? " He said putting the phone in his lap while he played the PlayStation. I did the same while I was driving.

"I try to be" I said giggling.

"Where you going baby" He said looking at me serious. He was a little overprotective but I loved it.

"Take Nia to the doctor"

"Aight well I'mma let you drive and call me when y'all done so we can see if we can hang out or sum. " "Ight" I said.

We both did little kisses through the phone before hanging up.

I walked up the steps to Nia apartment to see that her door was unlocked.

I walked in locking it behind me. I heard gagging and spitting coming from the bathroom.

I burst through the door to see her throwing up looking weak and pale on the floor.

"Nia!" I said pulling her hair back.

"I'm okay I'm finished. " She said trying to get up. I helped her and she started brushing her teeth.

A few minutes later we were in the car driving to the hospital.

We were waiting on the doctor when Nia just started squeezing my hand.

The doctor came back with a weird look on her face. I looked down at Nia to see her with tears running down her emotionless face.

"Nia.... You are 14 weeks pregnant"
