What Spring Means?

The beginning of beginnings begins with the spring
The end of the end is beautiful
The years of the past melt into dew
The world awakens from a deep slumber
Long of undisturbed.

A river sings and whispers away with the melted slush from the mountains above
Birds sing and chirp, filling the cold air with a soft melody of cheer
Chicks will pip out of eggs, feeling the daylight warm their damp feathers for the first time of many, many more.
Fish will leap from rivers, and bears will leap from shores
A cycle begins once again.

Pollen falls from the blooming flowers in the trees
The buzz of bees creates a harmonious hum
The paws of a playful fox kit pad against the ground, which was now littered with sprouts of what could be.
What lies ahead?
We must wait and see.
