Kou x Subaru (Rewritten)

Chapter 3 -Laito can be very annoying

Subaru groaned as the blaring sound of his alarm rang through his ears and he had to restrain himself from throwing the god-forsaken object against the wall. It had been a few days since their meeting on the rooftop and the day of the interview he promised to go to had finally come. This wasn't the first event Kou had asked him to go to with him, he'd gone to plenty of gigs and waited around backstage until they were over, occasionally even venturing out to the bar. This one however was new. For one it started and two in the fucking afternoon! A time when any self-respecting vampire would be fast asleep, but no here he was waking up in the middle of the day about to sneak out of his house for his stupid boyfriend who he'd love to strangle right about now. Despite this, he reluctantly dragged himself out of bed and threw on his one outfit (seriously does this boy own any clothes other than his uniform) before venturing outside his room.

After managing to slip through the house unnoticed due to everyone being asleep, he was about to open the door when he heard someone cough behind him. He turned around sharply to see who had caught him, even though he already knew who that noise had come from. "Afternoon brother dearest." the youngest triplets spoke. "Now, wherever could you be sneaking off to at a time like this?" He asked, before Subaru had a chance to tell him to fuck off. He really didn't have time or patience to deal with Laito right now. Or ever for that matter.

"None of your goddam business." He growled back.

Laito smirked at that and Subaru could already tell that he was screwed. "Oh but that's where you're wrong little bro, see I'm merely looking out for my favourite baby brother." He said, his smirk growing the longer he went on. "It must be something you don't want us knowing about if you're awake at this hour. I wonder could little Subaru have found a girl he likes?" He mocked.

Now if Subaru didn't have somewhere he needed to be he would have very much liked to rip his brother's head off but if he stayed much longer he would be late and miss Kou's interview. So with one dramatic eye roll and a "Fuck off" sent to his brother, he opened the door intending to finally leave.

"Or could it be that boy you keep sneaking off to see? Or should I say Kou Mukami?" He said in disgust, like the name tasted foul on his tongue. Subaru's heart leapt into his throat with the fear that his asshole of a brother had found out the very thing he'd been trying so hard to keep secret.

Trying to keep his voice steady, he uttered "I don't know what you're talking about." before leaving and slamming the door behind him.

A/N~ and now it's time to pretend that I didn't abandon this story again
Anyway I started working on this chapter a while ago but didn't finish writing it till now
