I did not get pulled to this book because of the name of a character, I swear. But I got pulled in because it was a bigger book (that is not that common in Young Adult) and it seemed as if it would keep me on the edge of seat. It indeed kept me on the edge of my seat, introduced me to various songs that I have not heard of, and it made my heart soft for the best friendship.
