It was another day back in the hospital, I was at the ER, checking on patients after 2 emergency surgery. I was looking at some documents at the counter when someone tapped my shoulder.
"Seulgi yaaaa, omo uri donsaeng, you looked so hardworking from behind! Ottokaji?" Seungyoun said.
"OMO KANG SEUNGYOUN, what are you doing here? Did you run away? I told you I'll visit you later, pabo!"

I was startled to see my brother in the hospital. Kang Seungyoun, borned 5 minutes before me. We looked exactly alike, ofc what do you expect we are twins. We used to be inseparable when we were kids, school days and uni days but this boy right here went to America after finishing med school, more like he was sent there to learn business too.
"Ain't you look too happy to see your twin? Wait? KANG SEUNGYOUN? I'm your oppa yaa!" He said as he ruffled my hair.
"Oppa, my foot. Did mom and dad knew you were here?" I asked.
" Geez, I've finished my studies there and I'm going to start working here by next week. Good day. I'm Dr Kang, nice to meet you Dr Kang." He smiled.
"Shit, what? How can you only tell me now?! I'm so happy! Nice to meet you Dr Kang!" I said.
"Since it's lunch time, let's eat together. Daniel is waiting at our usual restaurant."
" Daniel is here too? Waaa, what's with you guys? The timing is insanely weird. I should declare it as one of the most historical date ever. Kaja, Seungyoun ah."
He chuckled and we left to our usual restaurant, which is only a block from the hospital.
Daniel's POV
I was sitting at our favourite spot in the restaurant. Omma and Appa used to bring us here during weekends. As much they are busy, they would spent their whole Sunday with us, doing what every normal families would do— talking, eating, play board games. 'Ahh, the good old days'
Did I mention that Omma and Appa are doctors too? They used to manage the company and being doctors at the same time but now they focused solely on management. The good news is all of us have successfully follow their steps despite the pressure of being the heirs and heiress of UnitedKang group. 'Wait, where is hyung and noona?'
As I see Seulgi noona at the entrance, I called her out. "Noona, over here!" She rushed to me with a smile.
"Daniel, I miss you! You did not pick up my calls yesterday." She sulked, I swear this sister of mine had been acting so tough and strong to others but to us, she is a soft fluffball.
"We just met last week on my graduation day, what the rush lol. I've order the usual, so sit noona and hyung."
"Ikr, what the rush? Seul was so startled when she saw me at the hospital. And Seul, meet our new intern, Dr Kang." Seungyoun hyung tattled.
"Hyung, that supposed to be a surprise and how did you know anyway?" I asked.
" I have my sources. Seul, .." Hyung was about to ask something when the food arrives.
" Hyung, did you meet Sohyun? Jihyo said that she was not aware of your return." I asked. Kim Sohyun, his girlfriend of 4 years. They were not in good terms when they first met but the relationship somehow bloomed to something else and they managed to survive long distance. What a lucky girl.
"She doesn't know yet, I went straight to my beloved siblings. Sweet aint I? Welp, tell your girlfriend to not tell her, Kang Daniel. It was supposed to be a surprise." He blustered.
" Well, well, well Mr Kang Seungyoun shii, you've ruin mine too!" I mockingly reply. I saw Seulgi noona is taking all the food she can fit in her mouth. Some things just never change you know.
" Seul, I heard you broke your engagement. Is that true?" And that very question had caused Seulgi noona to sob. It was the second time I saw her cry this bad, first was when she fought with Omma about her major. Long ago, Noona wants to pursue arts but Omma just won't let her.
Seungyoun Hyung comforts Noona by hugging her and I went close to hold her hand. After a while, she stopped crying.
"Yup, I did. He cheated, with Jisoo. You know, maybe, he was never mine to begin with. I was greedy, that's the least that he said." She explained what happen that night. I was so surprised and mad, it has not been long after the engagement party and HE CHEAT? I never like him but to hurt Seul Noona like this? She deserved much better.
Seungyoun Hyung was fuming mad but still comfort Noona, saying we will be with her along the way. " I should kill him, Seul, how dare him, after promising us that he will give you, your forever and always. That mf."
Out of nowhere, Seulgi unnie chuckled. "It's okay, Just like I said, I was at fault, I'm greedy. So dont kill him okay?" She still protect him eventhough he cheat on her, with her bestfriend Jisoo. I might as well, send her to heaven, what an angel.
"Don't blame yourself. He is at fault, if he can't keep his dick to himself, that means he's not a good man. You deserved better, Seul." Hyung convinced her.
"Hahahah. As if. Why did we gathered again, yeorobun?"
" Before I forgot, we will have the usual Grand Annual Party hosted by UnitedKang group. This time, it was also to celebrate Omma and Appa wedding anniversary. We need to be there since Appa said he will formally introduce us to everyone." Hyung informed us.
"Uwu, that will be fun!" I yapped and we continue to eat.
"But I'm not into this formal occasion Oppa, can I not be there please?"
" No you cannot. The only daughter of UnitedKang, you hold that responsibilities Seul. Besides, your friend will be there too. Don't worry, okay?"
