Introduction/ backround/part 1

Giyuu's POV: I walked alongside the road strolling for demons, as I got a request to kill a demon roaming around this area,
Instead of a demon I see a boy with hanafuda earrings crying on the side of the road, "why did you have to leave me mom? Nezuko?!" Tanjirou says
My heart felt heavy, I walked up to him and asked him, "what's wrong",he looked up at me with tears in his eyes, he looked beautiful.
"I lost my family, they were slaughtered while I was sleeping peacefully at my friends house...!" Tanjirou says with hics in between
My heart felt heavier than before and I felt my face heat up, "slaughtered?" I say
"Yes, blood every *hic* where!" He replies and bursts out in tears
"Listen, if you want.. maybe you can stay by me?.." I ask him
"I- I don't know" he replies with a hesitant voice
"It's okay, I can protect you and mentally heal you," I said, then after realizing what I said i felt my face burn
"O-okay.." he answers
I hug him and he cries in my shoulder, I wanted to cry, I felt the boys pain since I had lost my family too.

Tanjirou's POV: I cried in his shoulder, i had also noticed he didn't have a sparkle in his eye either, little did I know I'd be the reason the sparkle in his eye comes back.
